Sameer was a professional driver. However he did not provide any commentary along our journey. Unfortunately we did not inquire as to how to navigate Monserrat but eventually figured it out. It would have been helpful had Sameer told us to first go to the information center and purchase entry tix.
We have clearly written here that if you have to buy the ticket yourself, then you should know this thing yourself. Want to buy a ticket? We have given you a good service in which you did not need to write a negative review.
