Full of tourist traps. The tour takes about 9 hours, and AT LEAST HALF of the time is taken by the driver leaving you at tourist traps. First, you get carted to what essentially is a glorified gift shop for over an hour, then you go to the archaeological site, but you are given less time to explore the site than you are forced to be at the gift shop tourist trap. Then the driver dumps you at an AWFUL restaurant where the prices are 3-4 times higher than it should be. Fast forward 1.5 hours, and you get a drive to ANOTHER gift shop tourist trap. When you finally get to the Guadalupe church, you have less than 45 mins to go see the area. Not only this, but the tour guide (at least the one I had, Fernando) was so obnoxiously cheesy that I legitimately had thoughts of ending my life. If you want to waste money and hear uninspiring dad “jokes,” please buy this tour.
We had a great experience to Teotihuacán and the Basilica. Marco was an exceptional and knowledgeable guide. I highly recommend a tour with Marco.
Experience was good. A good introduction to the Mexican history & culture. The architecture of Teotihuacan was amazing in mathematical precision & geometry. Tour guidance need improvement, especially in spoken English and historical content through verbal explanations. No commentary was provided prior to the Guadalupe church visit.

We loved it so much. The guide is the one who makes a tour pleasant and interesting, and we had the best guide. The gentleman was super kind, funny, and most importantly, super knowledgeable about history. We are leaving with a lot of knowledge about the history of the pyramids and the basilica. Highly recommended. The driver was very kind and safe.
