I couldn't go on the tour to Bratislava and Budapest as the tour operator cancelled it the day before because not enough people had booked.
We’re truly sorry that your Budapest and Bratislava tour was cancelled due to insufficient bookings, as you booked a shared group tour / not a private tour. We understand how disappointing last-minute changes can be, and we appreciate your patience and understanding, but it was clearly written in the cancellation policy. Please know we strive to avoid such situations and are continuously working to improve our scheduling and communication. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another tour soon that meets your expectations.
AVOID this company at all costs! There is a reason why they only have 3 reviews! Driver never showed even after confirming!
Dear Susan Fox and Scott Fox, You informed us one day prior to the tour that your husband had tested positive for COVID-19. We advised you that, under these circumstances, he would not be able to join the tour. Our driver arrived at the scheduled pick-up location and was prepared to offer an alternative date once the COVID situation was resolved. Despite multiple attempts to contact you by phone, you did not show up. Best Regards
We started the trip with the driver Kevin. He was a professional and drove us safely from the hotel and back. In Bratislava and Budapest, we had guides who knew the history and the present perfectly. Thank you very much. Next year we plan to visit Salzburg from Prague and we will definitely take advantage of the offer of this agency.

Great tour. Driver Miro was awesome. Picked us up on time and patiently waited for us until the end. The tour guide in Budapest Zsuzsi was the best . She went above and beyond. Although we had only three hours, we did not feel rushed and she knew all the spots for great photos. She even helped us take photos ( she is a photographer) . The tour guide in Bratislava was awesome as well. They all speak excellent English and knew the history of each place well. Price is a bit heavy but I hope Driver and your guides are adequately compensated.

We went on an exciting day trip from Vienna to Bratislava and Budapest and it was an interesting experience to get to know two cities in one day, since we had little time from our vacation in Vienna.
