What a wonderful way to explore San Sebastian! Luis was our guide for a 3+ ebike tour. The bikes were comfortable and easy to ride. He took us to so many beautiful sites and it all felt safe and fun. Highly recommend!
Be really careful with these people. Once you make a reservation, you will get charge 100%. Doesn't matter if you get rains,thunderstorms....you will be charge. They won't accept any reasons.
Hello Rodney, Thank you for sharing your experience. What you wrote in your post is not exactly like you explained. We have a clear free cancellation policy of 24 hours before the day of the experience and we do not charge anything if our guests cancel the reservation respecting the policy. Even if they do not respect and the cause of the cancellation is reasonable we cancel it without any penalty. In your particular case, you came to do the tour but you did not want to experience it because of the weather. We understood that and we offered you to do the tour in the afternoon instead of in the morning without any extra charge because the forecast was better and you refused our offer. We talked by phone a few days ago and I explained everything. You would have had the possibility to cancel the reservation the day before without any penalty and you kept the reservation active. We have been at all times clear with you and we even gave you an alternative because we like to show and enjoy the city with our clients. Kind regards. Luis Carasa
We booked this tour for the whole family, we were 4. We had a great time, Luis the guide is very nice. The tour was adapted to our needs, flexible and very safe. We hope to do another tour soon with Basque Country Cycling.
