Unfortunately, in this particular case, we did not make the appropriate guide assignment. As a concrete measure to prevent this from happening again, we will no longer assign this particular guide to our English-language tours. We will also strengthen our internal screening and assignment process to ensure that guides selected for English tours meet the communication level required to provide the experience our guests expect.
