予約が完了するとチケットが届きます。これが搭乗券になります。 カンクン空港に到着したら、税関と入国審査を通過し、旅行代理店とツアー オペレーターの出口に行きます。viator と yamevi travel のロゴが入った看板を持ってスタッフが待っています。ターミナル 2 でスタッフがお待ちしています。ウェルカム バーの前、ターミナル 3 のスタッフは、ミニマーケットとバー マルガリータ ヴィルの間にあります。ターミナル 4 のスタッフは、ウェルカム バーの前の列 c のそばにある旅行代理店とツアー オペレーターの出口にあります。ご予約とスタッフがホテルまでお連れする車を手配します。 ホテルから空港までの送迎は、往復を購入した場合にのみ含まれています。ホテルから空港への出発を単独で予約することはできません。

Horrible. I had my 76 year old mom with me and it was very hot outside with no seating to be waiting over an hour for our scheduled 3pm pickup.

I arrived earlier than planned and the meet and greet lady (Cindy) met me and for me in a shuttle to Playa Del Carmen early. Driver was very friendly and waited until I got checked in before leaving.

Booking was straightforward. Connecting with the company representative at the airport was easy and the representative was very helpful. The transport was on time and the driver was very courteous. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the experience.

Staff was very communicative and friendly and contacted me as soon as my flight landed. They were waiting for me when I left the terminal and the journey to Playa del Carmen was smooth. Highly recommend this company!
It was easy to fimd.the rep and it didn't take long to.get going. We probably waited 5 to 10 min before we got.to the van to head to the hotel
The greeter tried to up sale me on the spot. After booking he tried to get me to upgrade for $25 a person. I use the a lot and I never heard of that while waiting for my transport.
The vendor abruptly changed our tour departure time by 5 hours with no explanation, notifying me late at night just before the trip. I had specifically chosen the 1 PM option—which made sense given our late afternoon flight—but they tried to move us to a 9 AM slot without justification. When I reached out to question the change, I was met with resistance and poor communication. After a frustrating series of back-and-forth messages and unnecessary last-minute stress, they eventually agreed to honor the original time I selected. While they ultimately did the right thing, the customer service experience was disappointing and unnecessarily difficult.
Communication was the best. Going to our resort and back. Highly would recommend and trust 100%. Safe and was at the airport for us when arrived. Waited for another party but when it took too long we were on our way.
