These people helped us get reserved 2nd class tickets from Ella to Ambewella, the service was fast and efficient, and much better value for money than many of the other offerings out there. The tickets are VERY cheap directly on the Sri Lankan railway site, and these people only charged a few extra dollars per ticket. Some of their competitors are charging $50+ per ticket on top. They quickly shared the tickets with us via Whatsapp and even checked in on the journey to make sure everything was OK. Great service all round.

Worst travel agency with no phone service
After I asked this travel agency to book a train from Ella to Colombo before the departure of the trip, I found that I could book the train directly in Sri Lanka, because it is about twice as expensive.
I tried to cancel but couldn't.
I called the travel agency from the station in Ella on the day, but couldn't get through and make a reservation. The travel agency said they couldn't book because they couldn't give us their passport number or anything, but they didn't accept the refund, so they compromised and asked for a half refund, but they didn't accept that either, and at worst I think it's a travel agency.
I'm really gutted. Please be aware that once you make a reservation, you will not be able to cancel at all.

After received your booking we informed you to contact us via whatsapp because you added wrong contact number to your booking..Unfortunately you did't contacted us..We already arranged your tickets and we had not any way to send your ticket because you added a wrong number to your booking ...Then before 10 minutes of your travel time you requested to cancel it..So we had not chance to cancel it at the last minute...Because we have some cancellation policy there were no any fault from our side..Please read the cancellation policy and product description before you book any product..It will be help to you and specially other service providers can avoid lying people like you..

Short notice help!
With very short notice, they provided me with a ticket and got me first class as well when I couldn’t find anywhere else online to buy tickets! They also delivered it to my hostel the morning of the train ride, and I was asleep, so they left it with the manager of the hostel! They were extremely helpful all around
