Vicky was our guide and she was so knowledgeable and friendly. She kept track of where we were all from, knew many details about the monuments. She even guided us to a public restroom and water fountains to refill our water bottles. When she stopped to speak about each place she managed to find shade. The tour did not happen at its original time because of the heat, but the tour company kept in contact with me because I wasn’t sure if we would make it because of our flight arrival time. I had booked two other DC tours and the others did not communicate at the same level. The others couldn’t tell me if Washington monument tickets would be for the same day!! I had no such issues with DC by foot. They explained how their tours work but also asked for flexibility because of a potential heat wave. They were right and were a great company to work with. Excellent communication and an excellent guide.
Thank you! We're so glad you enjoyed the tour with Vicky. Her knowledge, care for guests, and our team's communication truly make the experience special. We appreciate your kind words and hope to welcome you again soon!
If hot bring plenty of water. Our guide was excellent. You do a lot of walking of course. Make sure to check out the basement of the Lincoln Memorial.

We learned a lot and had a great time! So many great stories and details that we would never have known from guidebooks alone.
Thank you! We're so glad you had a great time and discovered stories you wouldn't find in a guidebook. We appreciate your kind words and hope to see you again!
This is a walking tour, but well worth it, if you don't mind walking a lot. Becca was a terrific tour guide. She had good communication with us and shared historical details we enjoyed. Would take this tour again. Take a bottle of water with you.
