Great tour. Learned lots. Fun but short tour. Would recommend if you want to know a little bit about the aquaduct of rome.

The Trevi Fountain piazza is as crowded, hectic, and uncomfortable as being in a major train station in Tokyo. Taking a photo here and throwing a coin into the fountain is a rite of passage for thousands of tourists. Yes, see the fountain, but a better, more relaxed, and cooler experience is found on the underground tour. The water for the major fountains of Rome is still being fed by the 2000 year of Aqua Virga aqueduct. This incredible civil engineering project was enabled by thousands of slaves, great planning, and nearly indestructible Roman concrete. Our private guide was an archeology major and spoke perfect English as she led our small group past the line of people waiting to enter. This is a small underground excavation has hosts three levels of Roman history. And our guide had her own stories personal favorite artifacts to share. Well worth this time.

Very interesting, tour guide was knowledgeable and passionate. In the end got to get up to trevi fountain for amazing pics and to toss our coins in the fountain. We'll be back!!

We absolutely loved the Trevi Fountain Underground Tour! It was fascinating to discover the history and hidden world beneath one of Rome’s most famous landmarks. Our guide, Alexia, was wonderful—knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about the history she shared. She made the experience both fun and informative. Such a unique way to see another side of Rome, and definitely worth doing. Highly recommend!

Our guide Alessa was super wonderful and had great information about everything she showed us. You could tell this was a passion. When we went underground, both me and my partner got a headache right above our left ears (not the one we had the tour earbud in) witch was a little weird, but it stopped as soon as we got out. And the tour is not that long. I would for sure say it was worth it. The temperature underground is also a blessing, oh my god how nice it was, not too chilly tho, don’t bother with a sweater or jacket. Fountain entrance was also included and it was chaotic, fun and beautiful. Teach your partner how to take photos before taking the trip. I look bald, sweaty og hunchback in all the photos. Guess I gotta take the trip once more, and he’s paying 🥰

The underground experience was fascinating and our guide was friendly as well as informative. Tickets for the Fountain meant avoiding the queues and people appreciated being able to use them on another day.

I was outside Desel as instructed. Never saw a guide. I even went inside to ask the workers in there. I also called the operator and got no answer. Total waste of time.

Tour was so much fun! Tour guide was informative, friendly, easy to understand and funny!!! We would recommend this tour. After the tour was gelato by the Trevi Fountain and then got access to the fountain too
