Contacted me 3 times to move day and/or time of photoshoot. Two occasions was bc they were “overbooked” at that time, once because “lens on camera broke”— that was the reason they gave after I said I wanted to keep the original date & time. Finally settled on 9/24 after original booking was 9/21 but they never moved the date in Viator so my money was withdrawn based on original booking. When asked if I could change time AGAIN on 24th, I decided to cancel (among other reasons). They refused to give me a refund bc I was outside of the cancellation window which was based on the original 9/21 date!!! Called Viator (who was great) and was refunded my money. Waste of my time and energy. Book with them if you want your photoshoot moved 85 times in three days. Otherwise, stay far away.

Viktoria was a wonderful photographer! I felt comfortable, relaxed, and had a little fun with this playful solo photoshoot. She even introduced me to areas I hadn't seen yet. I told her my insecurities, so she could be conscious of what I didn't want to see in my photos, and they all turned out beautifully!

This shoot is worth every cent, Viktoria the photographer is incredibly nice, professional, and the result was outstanding. Rarely have I received such beautiful pictures of myself! Absolutely recommended

Our photographer was very communicative through text and seemed like she was going to be great. There were some weather concerns- orange warnings, and she was 100% accommodating! The day and time of the shoot roll around and it was just super weird and awkward. I mean we’re practicing standing next to her and she has just no idea who she is looking for. So we introduce ourselves- it’s me, my fiancé, his parents and sister. She is completely super quiet and now looking back I can say just way too SHY! Throughout she just NEVER spoke, she wasn’t helpful, didn’t tell us when she was shooting, what to do, where to stand, literally nothing. My fiancé and his family live in Florence so even if the language barrier was there they speak 3 languages. Moving on, I finally ask her to help, pose us, do something- she does not. My SIL finally comes up to me and says why is she only speaking about everyday life stuff but nothing about what we’re doing or why. I finally got the pictures back and she took over 422 photos but they choose the worst ones hoping you buy the others. My SIL ended up taking over 700 shots and killed it!! I suggest if this is your option don’t have super high hopes for a fancy type of shoot. It would be great for a family in Florence, not an engagement shoot. Even though the shots we got were INSANE

We had an amazing photography experience with Viktoria in Florence. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. She guided both me and my wife with natural poses, which made the entire session relaxed and enjoyable. Our shoot took us through some of Florence’s most beautiful locations, including the Duomo, Piazza Strozzi, Piazza della Repubblica, and Ponte Vecchio. The route was thoughtfully planned, allowing us to capture a wonderful variety of backdrops without feeling rushed. Viktoria’s eye for detail, creativity, and ability to make the experience fun truly stood out. We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking to capture beautiful memories in Florence.

Viktoria was amazing. I booked my session last minute to capture photos near the Duomo during my solo trip. She made me feel comfortable and captured great pictures that I’ll cherish.

Our photographer Viktoria was wonderful. I was a little hesitant about the poses, but she knew better, and all the images came out great. So grateful to have family memories of our trip. I recommend checking sunset times before you book. I did not realize the sun sets at 9pm in the summer, so our photo shoot was at the hottest point in the day at 4pm. Still, she found great spots with shade and good lighting so we did not turn into puddles. :)
