Viator has COMPLETE for a booking but I did not get serviced for the booking. I've used Viator for 3 bookings and never experienced this type of shenanigans. I'm still seeking my full $99.00 refund! I did not get picked up at all.

Great communication with drivers about arrival time. First driver couldn’t get to us in time. Called in another driver who arrived early. Great service.
Our Driver was very prompt & professional. He loaded & off loaded all the bags. Went as far as verifying the gate of Departure & the Terminal. Unfortunately, don’t remember his name.
