ビッグバス・マドリード・ホップ・オン・ホップ・オフ・ツアー

I liked seeing some of the highlights of downtown. Unfortunately, minimal information was given during the tour. Several members of our group felt more disoriented after riding around than before starting!

A handy way to get to know a city when you’re new to it. We tried two of the routes and the information given was both interesting and helpful.

Unable to get on the bus, in addition to having waited 30 minutes. Had to take a taxi to get back. The guide told us (and I have a video) that we could get a refund. Unable to get a refund, they are offering us other tickets... I have several emails with them, but they are not refunding anything. Very disappointing.

It was a good way to cover a lot of ground of the city. I would suggest scouting out the lines, and intended destinations so you know where to jump off. Totally our fault, but we kinda wanted a passive entertainment w/o a ton of walking on that day. I like that they provide headphones as its usually hard to hear the tour guides.

We bought the tickets online directly on the site with two-day validity and activation when you boarded the bus for the first time, everything went fine without any problems. The tours with headsets provided by them were also fine, even if the buses are often crowded. The only negative thing is that there are few buses and therefore at the stop you have to wait a long time compared to other buses like the Citytours that pass every few minutes.

we were disappointed for two reasons with this tour operator. on the route out to the football stadium there was only one bus per hour which does not lend itself to hop on hop off as you stand around far too long. Also on both the routes we tried we were disappointed with the "commentary" that described the places of interest. We drove by a number of significant monuments without any mention on the commentary . We can't judge if this is better or worse than the obvious competition but it could certainly be improved.

Didn’t have enough time to sit in the bus. As my flight was cancelled and missed 1 1/2 days. So had a difficult time to see anything

Unfortunately we couldn’t get onto the bus as there was a strike, however their customer service was very helpful in giving us a refund.

We love Big Bus and have taken it in every major city we’ve traveled to. Unfortunately, Madrid is just too busy with traffic to enjoy it. We sat in traffic on hot sun twice and eventually opted to take taxi’s. So maybe this just isn’t the best city for this experience.
