Great experience for a trip from JFK to Manhattan. Lots of update messages before the trip, a time change request from me was handled well. Driver contacted me on WhatsApp in advance to arrange pick up, plus considerate, safe driving en route.

Amazing service! I wrongly booked the wrong day and when I called in a state of distress they managed to send a driver within 30 minutes which meant we didn’t miss our flight. It was my mistake but they went above and beyond to help me. The driver was lovely and tried to get us there as quick as possible.
