We had a nice time. Guides were great and very informative.We traveled in a van. They picked us up at our hotel.
I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to venture outside of the San Sebastian "bubble." The beautiful medieval town of Hondarribia located on the border of France is packed with history. Our tour guide, Diego, resides in the town and was a veritable walking "encyclopedia" of information. His colorful stories about the whale hunting and rowing competition rivalry between the neighboring coastal towns added depth and interest to the tour.
Very beautiful city. Tour guide was very knowledgeable about the city and region. Time for tour was used wisely.
We went with my family and from the moment of pickup the guide was very kind. Very willing to tell us everything about his city as well as curious facts about the Basque Country. We recommend this tour without a doubt
The historic center of Hondarribia is very interesting and San Pedro is very picturesque. I had visited it the evening before from the sea with the sunset cruise, which I highly recommend doing along with this excursion. Ana, our guide and driver, spoke only in Spanish because I was the only one who had requested the use of English. She obviously offered to do it in English as well, but I didn't want to because I wanted to practice, I am studying it, and everything went very well. Thank you, Ana.
This was a very convenient, and comfortable, way to explore Hondarribia, and see parts of the Camino de Santiago (Camino del Norte- the stage from Hondarribia to San Sebastián). From start to finish- it was great!
Eider was great guide! The tour was very relaxing and fun.
Paul Garcia was excellent and made the morning superb. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and made the trip first class. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend.
Today we did the tour of Hondarribia, San Juan, and San Pedro, and we loved it. The guide, Eider, was very friendly and fun, and she knew how to adapt the tour to the group. Additionally, she took advantage of the good weather to take us to a beautiful viewpoint that we did not expect to visit, a detail that we really appreciated. I was traveling with my mother, who is almost 80 years old, and she was very attentive to her throughout the day, helping us and making the experience comfortable for everyone. We had a very pleasant day and we recommend it!
We did the excursion to Hondarribia, Pasaia (San Juan and San Pedro) with our guide Ibai on Saturday, 06/06/26. It was great. We met travelers from Colombia and Mexico. We are from Tenerife, not knowing each other at all, but Ibai acted as a link and a skilled host, and we had a great time, so much so that in the end we ended up toasting to our respective countries. It was a very interesting day, and although Ibai had some difficulty finding parking, he always knew how to find a solution.
