When I booked thru viator the pickup person didn’t receive our name or flight number to know when and who to pick up. He had no sign identifying himself/company nor did we get any notification He told us we gave incomplete information that’s why he wasn’t on time to pick us up Yet me confirmation ticket had my name and time and where to be picked up. We had to place an international phone call costing us to the company. Time and frustration. We were late to our next reserved excursion. The driver was. Nice when he finally found us. There was nothing special about private transfer. We could have taken a taxi with less effort and time.
