Will be taking legal action against ViaTor and Europe Shuttle. Europe Shuttle cancelled our transportation and still charged me after at least 12 hours of discussion. Very disappointed with ViaTor as I have used them many, many times and have raved about their services. Will never use them again!

You booked two reservations with different companies and got them mixed, on August 28th when you tried to reach the other company regarding your arrival you reached out to us instead, which handled your departure and requested a change in the date from Sep 1st to August 29th thinking we made a mistake. We followed your instructions and the driver went to pick you up on the 29th per your request (Of course, we have your message to prove this) and since this service was carried out it must be charged, so of course it was non refundable. We had no way of knowing you had a booking with another company, so this was a mistake on your part. Regards.
