I’m not a great boat person but my husband has been looking to go for last couple of visits. We did the quick water bus from Playa Blanca to Rubicon Marina last week and it was great so thought we’d do this. It was amazing! I’m so glad we did it. We were out for just under 2.5 hours which included pick up and drop offs at the marina and then off to Papagayo. There was a load of time for jumping off the side of the boat, a lot higher than it looked, but once I’d done it once I was in and out. The slide was also great but the best thing was the snorkelling (we took our own) and the huge amount of fish we saw. The crew were feeding them which meant there was loads to see the entire time we were there. The boat wasn’t overly full which meant that there was no queuing for anything and the atmosphere was really lovely. A great mix of kids and adults. There was also a bar for drinks and snacks if you wanted to use it. Finally the staff were great! Would highly recommend this trip to anyone, young or old, as it was really great value for money and we will definitely do it again on our trip next summer.
Relaxed afternoon sail up the coast where we stopped and had great swimming and snorkeling time. Lovely friendly crew. Food and drink really good value. Highly recommend

This was easily one of the best day trips we've done as a family of four. Our two boys aged 8 and 13 absolutely loved it. Jumping off the boat into the sea at the snorkelling point and going down the slide over and over again filled my youngest with joy. The bar had draught beers and plenty of rum and cokes for the adults. And the boat speciality - a colourful Marine blue cocktail was an instant hit. The guys running the boat were superb hosts. They made the experience very friendly and enjoyable. Everything ran very smoothly. Thanks Diego and Sergio and the rest of the team...Great job.🙏🏻😊

Really easy to get to meeting point and excellent trip. Staff were really friendly, plenty of space to sit and enjoy the views. Best part was swimming in the sea, catamaran had side & staff supplied snorkels etc. Definitely recommend 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

A great little trip just over 2 hours super friendly staff clean boat not too overcrowded would definitely recommend if you don’t have great sea legs

Great couple of hours (even if a little chilly and overcast!). The team on board were excellent, and the snacks and drinks really reasonably priced. Felt like it was good value for money too!

We caught the boat from Playa Blanca to Marina Rubicon, where we had lunch and visited the market. Then we caught the boat to Papagaya, where we swam and snorkeled. The water is clear and the fish are beautiful. The boat had a slide and floatation jackets for those not confident swimming in deep water. The basalt formations are lovely. The boat has a bar and sells snacks and hot dogs. The crew are helpful. Very nice trip.

We went as a family of 4, my kids are 6 and 9. Pick up was easy to find at Playa Blanca pier and the kids loved the experience of sitting on the net. It didn't take long before we docked near the beach, lifejackets and snorkeling equipment was provided, although we didn't use the snorkeling gear as they had so much fun going down the slide and jumping off the boat. Food looked decent and reasonably priced €6 for a hot dog, chips and drink. Would definitely recommend it for a nice way to break up staying by the hotel pool all day and we were back in time for them to still have a splash about at the hotel

Terrible experience, never got a confirmation email from the company or TripAdvisor. The meet up address on TripAdvisor was very unclear. I couldn’t find the location of the meet up and missed it. The manager Sylvia I believe had no compassion or grace and was very rude. Will not be booking with them ever again. The whole situation ruined my birthday

However, we would like to clarify that all the necessary information was provided both on the booking page and on the voucher, including the exact meeting point, the full address, and a Google Maps link to help locate the departure area. The information also advises guests to visit our office at the harbour if they experience any difficulties, where our team is always happy to assist. You also had our contact telephone number available and, unfortunately, we did not receive any call or message from you on the day. The boat departed as scheduled with 50 guests from the same meeting point. We truly regret that you missed the activity, but unfortunately this was not due to any issue with the information provided or with our service. We always recommend arriving in advance and contacting us if any assistance is needed.
