First, our driver was exceptional. He had great contact with us in the days leading up the tour and he met us right at the port. We were extremely thankful for him and his kindness. We really enjoyed shopping and eating lunch in Taormina. The beach was beautiful and the water was clear and cool. However, you need water shoes as the rocks are hot and sharp on your feet. We enjoyed the granita at the end of the tour- go for the chocolate it is the best. We ended looking at a church in the town square that was beautiful. Our actual tour guide knew a lot of history but her English was hard to follow, that is the only reason for 4 stars. Great trip.

Hana and Alberto are a fabulous duo!! They showed us some beautiful sights, gave us a thorough history of the place, and got us to all the places safely. They even ended the tour with local treats...a cannoli and granita. I would highly recommend this tour and this team. We enjoyed our day with these two! Grazie!! We had a bit of a hiccup and had to cancel the tour. They could have kept our money and stopped responding, but instead they kept in touch and were able to accommodate the changes in our schedule. We ultimately made it to Taormina, which is now one of our favorite places we’ve ever visited!

This tour was professionally handled in a great manner. From pre trip communication to meeting at the port to the tour and drop off back at port, this was a great experience. Lilllo was early to pick us up ( we were early too as the pick up was right as we disembarked!). He shared historical, cultural and fun information as we went along the tour. Due to weather, the itinerary was adjusted and we visited unexpected places for a fun treat. He gave us choices and ample time to explore Taormina and Castlemola with a view of Isola Bella. He pointed out fun facts and locations about White Lotus and The Godfather. We chose not to go to the beach because of rain. Transportation was totally comfortable and, on the return to Messina, we were treated with REAL gelato and cannoli’s. The church there was spectacular inside. Our group of 7 had a great experience and much thanks to Lillo for taking us around and teaching us about this lovely place.

Unfortunately the day we arrived it was raining, however Silvia made our time the best. Great English speaking. She showed us the great places to go to. She told us all about the area. Even though the trip wasn’t what we had hoped for due to the rain, it was such a beautiful place to visit with amazing food. We would definitely come back and do this tour again!

Excellent tour. We rented a private bus for 8 and it was wonderful. They’ll take you where you want and operate on your schedule. To top it off they treated us to canoli and espresso.

We loved the city of Taormina and could have stayed there all day. The beach was beautiful but the shore was rocky and hard to walk on, but that is typical from what I understand. Our guide Sylvia and our driver Salvo could not have been better. They were patient and answered all of our questions and even helped us find our cell phone that we accidentally left behind. It was a great day!
