This was a wonderful show. I recommend seeing this particular Fado show because it affords you the perfect way to see and listen to the essence of the feeling of Fado. The performers were excellent and the venue was perfect.

A small, intimate venue, friendly staff, informative video clips about the history of Fado, outstanding artists, and a glass of Port wine – all the ingredients for a wonderful evening. A truly authentic and memorable experience that I would highly recommend!

This was a lovely hour spent learning about the music of Portugal, Fado. We were greeted with a small glass of port to sip while the show was playing. There were two musicians and two singers. The singers took turns then did a couple together. They had the audience joining in by the end of the show. It’s a small venue, maybe 50 people? Tickets need to be bought beforehand. I would definitely recommend seeing this if your in Lisbon,

Fantastic artists in a truly fado atmosphere.

A beautiful and atmospheric fado evening of about 50 minutes with good singers and excellent musicians. The small, intimate setting suits fado and makes the music even more personal. You will also get a brief overview of the history of fado, the Portuguese music style that originated in Lisbon in the 19th century and revolves around themes such as love, loss, and saudade. Perfect to go out to eat in the city afterwards. Absolutely recommended.

We wanted to learn and experience about Fado. In just about an hour, you will learn about how important Fado is for the Portuguese people. We had a great time. Just so that you know that you will need to be respectful and quiet to listen to this wonderful music.

Excellent experience. Spectacular voices. They interact with the audience. The guitarists were wonderful. There is also an explanatory video about the origin of fado and its main figures.
