Loved the personalization and timing of this tour. Riding in authentic vehicle was very neat and caught a lot of attention driving through the village. It was pouring when we went but still a great experience.

Such a fun, and informative, experience. Our guide was so knowledgable and really engaging. It was loads of fun driving around in the dodge, even when it started raining and the water was coming in sideways! Would highly recommend this tour. My children said it was the best thing they have done all holiday ☺️

Excellent experience. It's not cheap, but you're only going to do it once and for a family of four we all felt it was amazing value for money. Yes, the Dodge was fun to ride in, but the fact is you feel the ground and the lanes as the troops would have done, especially the original lanes through the bocage of Normandy. Being shown lesser known places during the walking tour section of Omaha's German emplacement was worth the price alone. The tour gives you a real sense of scale of the 6km section of Omaha that you just can't recreate on your own. Massive thanks to David, our driver and guide. Using his bluetooth speaker we had a loud clear commentary throughout, and his knowledge, appropriate humour and kindness really shone through. Expert knowledge on the area and subject. Like a lot of things like this, and with traffic, be prepared for a slight bit of flexibility in the timing; we were about 20 mins late leaving but this was due to the group before us arriving late! David was great though and I would rather pay the money for this than go into another museum. You can watch and read so much, but to experience it like this beats all of that. David was wonderful, and I much prefer paying for this experience rather than visiting yet another museum. You can watch and read a huge amount about this subject, but nothing beats experiencing it like this.

This was an exciting way of seeing some of the sights around Omaha beach and learn a bit abou the event. Be prepared for all weather situations - we had also rain... - it's Normandy, after all. Overall, very good. Book directly, if you can, because it's cheaper...

I visited with my wife and the twins, lovely guide who really gave us a great trip! This is a must-do when in Normandy! Very funny and knowledgeable guide who took the time to explain everything around dday. We went in his Dodge truck for a memorable tour! I Should have booked the whole day! Definitely coming back.

Nice guide who knew a lot to tell. He's taken us to places you don't go as an average tourist. The sound of the engine of the jeep especially on a 1945 road was a true experience.
