Mr. Lee went above and beyond for us. He created a custom itinerary for us, incorporating the sights we wanted to see and suggesting additional stops--including a truly delicious and enjoyable lunch. Many tour operators would not accommodate our requests because our hotel was not in a major city, and the locations we wanted to visit were very far apart. But Mr. Lee guided us around with enthusiasm, friendliness, good humor, and attention to detail. It was a smooth experience, and we especially appreciated how well he looked after my elderly mother who could not access some of the sights we chose.

We only had 24 hours in Jeju, and thanks to Mr. Hyun Woo Lee, we had the most amazing experience! In just 9 hours, he took us all around the island and made sure we saw everything on our wish list. From the moment he picked us up at the airport (with my name displayed on his phone so we could easily find him 🥰), we received true red carpet treatment. Mr. Lee was incredibly kind, flexible, and went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Whenever we wanted to add a stop, he adjusted the itinerary without hesitation to make sure we fit everything in. Highlights included Jeju Stone Park, Manjanggul Lava Tube, the Haenyeo divers, abalone sushi and congee, black pork BBQ, Osulloc/Innisfree, and Chai Dabong (BTS ARMYs, IYKYK! 💜). One of the sweetest touches was that he took photos for us throughout the day and sent them afterward, allowing us to fully enjoy the experience. Our driver Mr Lee(Lee Hong Min) is superb. We are a group of 6 ladies. He is so patient with us. The entire 3 days is never bored. Full of laughter and fun! Perfect photographer for us and he can understand what we want. Loves cracking jokes. If you come to Jeju must look for him. If you don’t u will regret. Thank you Cong Ming!!!!

My first time having a private tour…. The 2 day tour in Jeju was filled with much memories and laughter. Our guide and driver Lee Hong-Min is funny and kept us entertainer throughout. He brought us to authentic yummy local food (good pricing) and doubled up as our photographer too- is attentive (eg de-shelling for us) and also customised our itinerary to make sure the pace is good and we get to enjoy Jeju. Highly recommended- especially for Singaporeans. Good driver too. He made a real difference to our Jeju trip!

Exceptional punctuality. We arrived 20 mins sooner than expected and our driver was there ready to go. Mr Ko was an absolute gentleman. We were fortunate enough to meet his wife in passing and she was also lovely. Swift travel between our chosen stops, a great restaurant recommendation for food. This was definitely a trip to remember. Shared interesting facts about the island and really helped us to feel immersed in the local culture. I travelled with family and we would all recommend this service.

This was my first trip to Jeju, travelling with a group of friends for about four days, and engaging Jeju Namyang Travel. We were guided by Mr Lee Hongmin, who is not only reliable, but also a hospitable and extremely fun and patient tour guide. He thoughtfully put together a relaxed and well-paced itinerary, allowing us to truly soaked in Jeju's natural beauty and charm rather than rushing from place to place. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond his service. From taking great care of us throughout the trip, ensuring we always felt safe on the road, to voluntarily helping us capture beautiful photos and memories, his sincerity and dedication were evident in every detail. Our Jeju experience was made all the more enjoyable and stress-free because of him. We have a wonderful trip at Jeju. Hong Min helped us from planning to transportation to guiding us throughout the 2 days tour at West & South & East Jeju. We are so glad to be able to communicate with him and Mr Jung in English and Mandarin. And he manage to cater to what we wanted and what we would like to see and experience. Other than visiting the local attractions, we manage to try yummy local dishes too. Hope to visit Jeju again soon.

We asked for an English speaking driver. Our guide could barely speak English. Google translate was ok but we had a couple mishaps due to thr language barrier.

Mr Hong was very knowledgeable and took us to all the highlights of the island. We had 2 kids with us and he was incredibly patient and kind. He knows the island well and even took us to some spots that were less crowded so we could really experience Jeju!
