My friends and I met with Mr. Kim at our hotel. From start to finish, he was very knowledgeable , kind, and helpful. We very much enjoyed our trip and would come back. I thought it was a very high-quality tour having been on many tours around Asia before.
Great tour with Robin who was knowledgeable, informative and patient. We had wonderful time visiting the places we wanted. Highly recommended
Mr. Kim was absolutely wonderful! From the moment he picked us up, he was kind, friendly and incredibly attentive. He kept our ambitious schedule running smoothly, and in one day we saw every place on our list! We never had to worry about timing, directions or what came next— he handled everything for us.Even offered to take pictures of us all day. What made the experience especially amazing was that Mr. Kim was much more than a private driver. He accompanied us at every stop, shared the history and stories behind everything we were seeing, and guided us just as a dedicated tour guide would. We hadn’t expected that level of personal attention, and it made the entire day so much more meaningful and enjoyable. We felt completely taken care of from beginning to end. If you are considering this tour, we highly recommend requesting Mr. Kim. He helped make our day in Busan truly unforgettable!
Jun was our driver and guide for the day. We LOVED our time in Busan! He had a roomy and air conditioned vehicle for us - 5 adults with room to spare. We let him know our itinerary which was limited due to a cruise ship departure time and he made it work. He picked us up at the terminal and drove us everywhere. He was knowledgable and easy to hang out with for the day. He took us to a favorite lunch spot where we got to eat with the locals. Jun also took many pictures of us which means we have some great family photos that are not selfies!! We were on a Japan cruise that had one stop in Busan, and it ended up being one of our favorite places to visit. We all want to return to Busan and South Korea now. I highly recommend doing this for a taste of Busan.
We had a wonderful day with Robin-(ILKOO KIM). Robin contacted us with a proped itinerary ahead of our trip. We were able to adjust on the day due to extreme heat. Robin helped us mske great choices so we weren’t walking in the heat too much. We had the most wyKorean bbq lunch at a very nice restaurant. Everything from the van transport which was airconditioned and comfortable to the places we saw in Busan, it was a fantastic day and back to the ship in plenty of time. Thank you Robin for giving us the best day on our holiday. This tour is a must for cruise passengers a wonderful experience.
It's our first time to Busan. 小凱 is our tour guide. His service is beyond our expectations. He is so passionate and gets everything we need especially extreme heat, umbrella, water, screen spray, etc. He arranges everything and will ask our preference before setting ready to go. His driving puts safety first and gets us back to cruise before boarding time. Very good management in timing. He tells us the history, development, culture and life in Busan and South Korea in general. He brought us to Jagalchi Market to pick the seafood we like and sent to the restaurant to get them cooked. Excellent fresh king crab, eel, shrimps, scallops, clams, octopus... and gave us recommendations how to eat them. We have no doubt to recommend this tour and 小凱 to any tourists who want to explore this wonderful seashore city, Busan!
We had booked 1,5 day tour of Busan Our driver was kind and professional with a good sense of humour. We toured Busan for 1,5 day do our time was limited. Our driver guided us patiently despite crowds at certain attractions.. However booking process is not facilitated if you want to pay in USD or Euros , the exchange rate applied is just too high and not to the client advantage. Best to pay in Korean wons cash. Communication before the tour was efficient but not smooth. However I keep the 5/5 rating for the excellent service we received from our guide.
Excellent experience. We booked a car and driver/guide for our cruise port day in Busan. We were a family group with elderly parents (one in a wheelchair). Our driver/guide Jun was fantastic. He helped us customise the tour to adjust to our needs, wishes and the terrible rainy weather we had on the day. We even managed to visit the seaside Haedung temple with the wheelchair. Thanks again Jun and Korea Joy!
Danny was an amazing guide and made our day in Busan truly special! He showed us so many wonderful places, from Haedong Yonggungsa Temple and Jagalchi Fish Market to BIFF Square, Gamcheon Culture Village, and Songdo Skywalk. What we appreciated most was how thoughtful and personable he was. He shared his hometown with us in a way that felt authentic and personal, and he made sure we had a comfortable and memorable experience from start to finish. He even made sure we arrived at Busan Station with plenty of time for our train. We highly recommend Danny to anyone visiting Busan. He’s knowledgeable, kind, flexible, and genuinely cares about his guests. We feel lucky to have met him and hope to see him again on our next trip to Busan!
This is the way to go if you or your partner have mobility issues. It’s more than worth the money and just a few dollars more than the cruise line shore excursions. From the moment we booked to pick up at the Busan Cruise Terminal we were in good hands. Our driver and guide Danny was outstanding in every way from good communication, concern for our mobility challenges and clear discussions of what we wanted to see a truly customized tour. Visiting Busan during an extreme heat warning Danny made sure we stayed hydrated and comfortable. Visiting our choices of venues was great and the extra bonus of Danny taking our photos and sharing them with us was above and beyond expectations.
