It was a great tour included. Many things would recommend to anyone. Really enjoyed the extra stop looking at Lake Mead.

Our driver Rod was very accommodating and informative. Very thoughtful! Plenty of bottled water. Sufficient time allotted for enjoying each stop.

Best DAM tour...
Michael with Gray Line Las Vegas, was a DAM good tour guide. He was an educator, historian, comedian and a DAM good time. This tour was the highlight of our Vegas trip. So much beyond the strip, I'm glad we made time for this unexpected gem. And the best DAM tour guide!

Unreal Views!
What a wonderful time! We had the best dam guide--equipped with jokes, social commentary and full of knowledge. Our guide took us up to the Lake Mead before heading to the Hoover Dam which was a great break but also better opportunity to fully take in the spectacle of the Hoover Dam. Tremendous value for first time visitors.

Awful
They picked us up in a broken down bus with no air conditioning. It was awful. The driver had to pull over several times so as to not over heat the bus. They skipped one of the stops and had about an hour and a half to see the dam.

At Gray Line we endeavor to maintain all of our equipment at the highest industry standards, however the Las Vegas summers are long and extreme and this can take a toll on even the best maintained equipment. Transportation Fail
We picked this tour because they could pick up on Fremont and unfortunately the night before the tour we were contacted by the transportation company, Gray Line Las Vegas, letting us know their bus wasn’t operating. We were contacted at 9pm, the night before our 8am tour time which was a very last minute cancellation. Luckily we got a refund but when you’re looking forward to the tour and then have a last minute cancellation where you can’t reschedule, it’s upsetting.

At Gray Line we realize the disappointment that happens due to trip cancellations and this is why over the course of a year less than 1 percent of our excursions are ever canceled. However, the occasional operational imperative occurs that requires a cancellation. This is Las Vegas's busiest season and a result a replacement coach was not available, so rather than operate with a less than perfect operating coach, it was necessary to cancel your excursion.
