予約前に必ずお読みください パッケージは2種類あります。 - 航空券のみ - フルパッケージ 私たちはどうするべきか？ 送迎付きのパッケージをお選びいただいた場合、午前4時30分から4時50分の間にお迎えにあがり、午前5時30分頃にテオティワカンに到着いたします。 到着後、コーヒーとクッキーをお楽しみいただいた後、チェックイン手続きを行います。 気球飛行：約40～50分（天候により変動します。パイロットは上昇と下降のみを操縦します）。 着陸後、ドローンとプロ仕様のカメラで撮影した映像をお見せします。 その後、お選びいただいたプランに応じた朝食をお楽しみいただけます。 その後、テキーラやプルケといった代表的な飲み物の試飲に加え、黒曜石とリュウゼツランについての簡単な説明があります。 遺跡を探索できる時間は1時間あり、月のピラミッドへの登頂はご自身で行っていただけます。 集合場所に戻り、そこからホテルへお送りします。到着予定時刻は午後1時から2時の間です（ツアーは正午頃に終了します）。

ご指定のホテルまたはAirbnbまでお迎えに上がります。歴史的中心部から半径10km圏内ですので、ご注意ください。ご宿泊ホテルがこの範囲外にある場合は、中間地点であるシェラトン・マリア・イザベル・ホテルまでお迎えに上がります。
こちらが当施設のご案内です。フルパッケージをご予約でない場合は、午前6時までにご到着ください。フルパッケージをご予約の場合は、午前5時前にお迎えに上がります。ご到着後、チェックイン、セキュリティビデオの上映、そしてコーヒーとクッキーのお時間を設けさせていただきます。
太陽と月のピラミッドで後ほど訪れる場所の簡単な説明と文化説明を受け、美味しいプルケとショコノストレのリキュールを試飲します。地元の職人から、黒曜石、マゲイ、宝石について学びます。
考古学ゾーン (ピラミッド) に入ります 入場料は含まれていません (5 米ドル) 1 人あたりの料金はチケット売り場で支払われます。ピラミッド、寺院、死者の道、ヒスパニック以前の博物館を訪れることができます。
気球の飛行は 45 分から 60 分で始まります。これは天候に完全に依存します。パイロットは方向を制御できず、これは風によって決まります。パイロットが制御できるのは気球の上昇と下降のみです。ドローンで旅行を記録することを忘れないでください。挨拶を忘れないでください！

The pilot could not land the balloon properly. It landed on its side resulting in many injuries. He did not even apologize. However, the company tried to compensate by offering a free guided tour to the pyramids.
What a magical experience over the pyramids. The tour guides were excellent, and the photographer was amazing. Another moment in time crossed off my bucket list. They stayed in communication with me during my booking and up until the moment of pick up. So dependable and reliable for sure.
We had such a good time! Our tour guide Ismael was great!! Everyone was super friendly! Definitely made our trip memorable!! 10/10
everything was easy, they picked us up from our hotel and dropped us off early when we asked ! would def do this again
the transportation and ballon ride was fun and as expected disappointed on the breakfast “in cave” wasn’t very pleased with paying extra for the pyramids expected a tour guide around them to guide us they only let us be in there for 1 hr limit not to mention way back to the hotel the driver was involved in hit and run and didn’t stop he was doing some wreckless driving rushing to get us back to the hotels driving wreckless with tourist is just a NO …
