Do not book! They will not come to pick you up. They waited until 15 minutes before pickup to inform us that they could not come. If you are a party of two, forget about it! They require a minimum of four people, as they claim they cannot afford to run the tour with only two people. Horrible company, horrible customer service, and horrible communication!
We were told to be picked up at 8 AM in the lobby of the hotel driver did not come until 8:45am. We had to stop at five other hotels to pick up other guests took longer than expected. Also had to stop and pick up the tour guide 45 minutes into the drive no water or drinks on the van until right before the first stop at the mud bath, the driver and tour guide was friendly, but did not update where the stops were at or when we were almost at the first destination stop there were four guests that had other additions on the tour so we had to make accommodations to let them get off and wait for them which took longer. We didn’t go to lunch until at the end of the tour. You need to bring snacks and water with you. We did not get back to the hotel until after 4:30 so it was longer than the stated time of the tour. The tour its self was good. Just had a lot of sitting waiting and driving to get to and from and wait for others to finish with their other tours. These were not communicated before hand in any email, website, chatting with online or even in person with the driver and tour guide.
INCROYABLE !! Everything was good, the food, the guide, 10/10. You can go I recommanted and can do an other time!

Great experience. My partner and I enjoyed this experience. I will say that you don’t get to spend long in the springs but it is very hot !! Our guide Amelia was amazing and took the time to show us different things along the way.

Such an amazing experience, Amelia was a wealth of knowledge about the island and our destination. It was so much fun and relaxing in the mud baths and springs. It's a must do experience with Amelia.
We had an amazing experience with Treasure Tours Ltd. in St. Lucia, and a huge shoutout to Rufus and Amelia! They were both so friendly, fun, and made the entire day feel special. Rufus was our driver and did an amazing job navigating all those winding St. Lucian roads. He made us feel comfortable the entire time and even stopped at different scenic viewpoints along the way so we could take pictures and grab some snacks. Amelia was our tour guide, and she was absolutely hilarious and entertaining! She shared so much information about St. Lucia, the culture, and the different places we visited. She was knowledgeable but also kept us laughing throughout the day. We did the waterfall and mud bath tour, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. It was fun, beautiful, and educational, and the included food and drinks were a great bonus. If you’re visiting St. Lucia and looking for a tour company, I definitely recommend Treasure Tours Ltd. And if you can, request Rufus and Amelia. They were an awesome team and made the experience one we won’t forget! 🇱🇨❤️
I travel all over the World I'm very understanding how hard it is to meet with a tour. This tour company not only ghosted us for days - They didn't return my inquiry about meeting until 8pm the night before. We had already made other arrangements by then. The tour company "claims" they came to hotel but that is silly b/c the reception desk would have gladly called us if they had actually came as we were in a butler suite.
