My husband and I had a wonderful experience with the Taste of Little Italy tour. Our evening was spent with Anthony as our guide. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Little Italy and is a master storyteller who clearly enjoys what he does! I would be remiss if I didn't mention all the food - it was beyond delicious with a variety of flavors from light to savory to sweet. Please book this tour! I promise you won't be disappointed!
This is a MUST on your travel schedule! We had a great time, lots of great food, and learned alot about the history of Little Italy! Will definitely do this tour again in the future!
We had a fun evening eating great tasting dishes from several restaurants and heard stories about the Italian community in San Diego. We were a group of 7 people, which made it fun
This is actually a five star tour. So many TripAdvisor ratings are inflated these days, but this tour was fabulous. Four hours of yummy food, interesting stories and history, and a wonderful guide in Anthony.
We had an excellent time. Our guide, Adriana, was very enthusiastic and showed her love and knowledge of the area. We saw things we would normally have taken for granted but now see in a much better light. We were treated to foods we would have never tried for ourselves. Happy to check off one more experience on our bucket list!
This was a wonderful food tour. Adriana was excellent. She provided an engaging history of Little Italy. My husband and I were moved by her telling of sacrifices of WWII servicemen. The food was excellent. Adriana chose dishes you don't get in many Italian restaurants and this was a real treat. And Adriana provided the history of each dish. I highly recommend this tour.
