We had and an amazing tour of the old town and the city walls with Mihaela! She was a wonderful tour guide. She really shared all the history of Dubrovnik and was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! It was a great walking tour and having that private tour was really a nice experience! If you can ask for Mihaela and try to start early at 8:00 am if possible to beat the crowds! Don’t hesitate booking this tour, you won’t be disappointed!

Michaela was wonderful! We had a very informative tour -- we like to learn the geopolitical history of the areas we visit and she was able to answer all our questions. She was fun and I am certain that if you are less interested in the history and more interested in where to eat and go for either café culture or nightlife, she would be able to meet your needs! We had an amazing 2-hour private walking tour of Dubrovnik’s Old Town and city walls with Mihaela, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. The tour was very history-focused, and we learned so much about the Siege of Dubrovnik, the city’s culture, and the people who have shaped its history. She brought everything to life and gave us a much deeper appreciation for Dubrovnik than we would have gotten exploring on our own. Mihaela was also so thoughtful and attentive throughout the tour. She made sure we had plenty of opportunities for drink and restroom breaks, and was especially mindful about keeping us hydrated in the August heat. That made such a difference, especially while walking the city walls! One tip for anyone booking a summer tour: go as early as possible! We started at 10:00 AM, and while it was a great experience, the city walls get BRUTALLY hot in the summer. In hindsight, I would absolutely recommend starting around 8:00 AM if that’s available. If you’re looking for a private guide in Dubrovnik who is knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely cares about making sure you have a great experience, book Mihaela! Mihaela, our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made the steps bearable, keeping the pace of the tour to meet our abilities. She shared the history of the wall but also talked about recent history and the revival of the City. We learned a lot and really enjoyed the tour.
