Can’t recommend them enough! We had a private transfer scheduled from Montego Airport to Ocho Rios. Our ride was interrupted by my husband being sick and a ton of traffic. Regardless, our driver was extremely professional and made us as comfortable as possible on a long ride. Two days after arriving we were notified by the owner that my husbands passport was found in the van. We were able to arrange for the driver to bring the passport back to the hotel for us for a small fee. We were so grateful and the owner and driver communicated with us throughout the day but made sure we still enjoyed our vacation while waiting for the passport to come back. You can’t get more reliable and professional than this company!
