Our driver Hammi ( I think that's how you spell it ) he was polite, funny and genuine about making sure all his guests had a good time. The boat trip /cruise was fabulous. The driver/captain was again full of great information, considerate of his passengers.
Milford sound is a must see area if you are in queenstown. The tour and cruise and the buffet lunch were excellent

Driver was careless and left us abandoned on the way when we were having coffee at a cafe on the way. He did not give us any phone call. We had to take another bus to catch the original bus we had booked and boarded at Queenstown. The driver was so rude and told us to leave the bus when we asked him reason to leave us abandoned on the way. He shouted and said, “I am the boss here and you can leave the bus”. Totally disappointed and seek refund of the cost incurred failing which I shall have no other option but to take legal action for very bad customer service.

Adrian was our bus driver to and From Queenstown Milford Sound Cruise & Glass-Roof Coach Tour- he was knowledgeable with a great listening voice. We had a great journey, felt safe on the road. Little rainy on our day but we were so happy to see all the water falls which we would otherwise not have experienced. The food on board the spirit of Milford was also great. Be prepared for a long day, stops on the way to break up the trip, but once there so worth it. Milford Sound is something to see.

Adrian was a tremendous guide and it was so amazing to learn about the area and the terrain. We really enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend the experience if you’re traveling in the area!
We had a wonderful day on this trip, our driver was Matt - who was wonderful! He gave us so much information along the drive, and could answer any question we had. It was an informative, entertaining and beautiful 4.30ish hour drive over which we were thoroughly enjoying. The cruise itself was busy, but was beautiful. We ended up flying home after the option was raised by our driver, which was great too! We would’ve enjoyed the trip home just as much on the road with the scenery and the fantastic Kea stops too, but it was magnificent to see from above.
