Dear Patricia, Thank you for allowing us to serve you with one of the most wonderful Pearl Harbor tours in the State of Hawaii, which people book up to two years in advance. We are sorry, but we have to be straightforward with you. What you wrote is an insult to all of us. Everything that was included in the tour was provided to you. Everywhere we were legally allowed to go, we went with you. You were picked up in a small group with a total of 14 passengers, while if you read the description of the tour you bought, there should be 30 people in it. You you were given two reserved tickets for the Arizona Memorial that the driver put directly into your hand. These tickets were reserved two months in advance in competition with 500 other tour companies. These tickets sold out in half a second, two months ago. We reserved them, we paid for them, and we put them in your hand. That is why you walked into Pearl Harbor, sat on a US Navy boat, and went to the monument instead of waiting for hours in line. Tickets for the USS Bowfin submarine were also included for you, so you could just walk into the exhibit without having to wait in line to get them. You may have forgotten the complimentary water that we gave to you. The complimentary tropical juice we gave you. The complimentary snacks we gave you. All of this was included in your tour. You may have also forgotten that the same driver who you said did a fine job spent an hour of his life driving you around historical downtown Honolulu, showing you the historic Hawaii State Capitol Building, Washington Place, Iolani Palace, the statue of King Kamehameha, and the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific. You were able to request and extend your time, but because the USS Bowfin submarine is located at the visitor center in Pearl Harbor and is considered a very small attraction, most people do this tour quickly and stay longer to leave with the next departure. They think the tour was long and boring. Once again, thank you for allowing us to serve you.

Dear David, Aloha Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you. We believe that there is a misunderstanding from your side. You were not picked up late, and your time was not changed. The pickup time for this tour is 9:30 AM from Waikiki, where the normal pickup for this tour begins. Waikiki is 11 miles from Pearl Harbor. You were at the Airport, which is 2 miles from Pearl Harbor. The pickup at the Airport is the last stop just before going to Pearl Harbor. You mention the driver did not giving you the tickets for the USS Bowfin. The tickets for attractions other than the Arizona Memorial are usually sent by text from us directly to the customer, which we did. The city tour at the end is a drive-through tour of the historical landmarks of downtown Honolulu. This is a brief tour we give to people on the way back to Waikiki and is not an extensive tour. You said that the driver had to modify the tour. What you may have misunderstood is the fact that due to the preparations for the Memorial Day holiday, no commercial vehicles were allowed into Punchbowl National Memorial Cemetery on that day. This was on the orders of the Veteran's Administration and is beyond our control. In the end, you did receive everything that was included in the tour. You were picked up as part of a very small group of just your party and four other people in a smaller upgraded vehicle as a complimentary upgrade to the luxury edition tour instead of the normal tour, which is supposed to have 14 people in it. You were given the reserved tickets for the Arizona Memorial, and you also received the tickets for the USS Bowfin. In addition, you also received a complimentary bottle of water, tropical Hawaiian fruit juice, and a snack. Once again, thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you.
