Dave,our driver and guide,was great. Very informative and personable. A lot of information about Oahu was presented. However, I had issues with that”dispatch” parties. Our Jitney was late. The jitney driver ahead of ours didn’t know about our pickup. We called and the person who answered was short and sounded annoyed we called. Not helpful That is the reason for my rating. And no I will not use this company again

Great trip! So much to see and do, there was not enough time in the day to fit it all in. Our driver/guide David was fun and knowledgeable about the site and made great suggestions as to what to do to make the most of the experience. The Arizona memorial was beautiful and despite the many visitors, was still a place of reverence and respect. The Missouri was fascinating, too. Wish I had all day to go through it. Want to go back to see the Aviation Museum, too.

Being able to do this all in one tour was nice, just the right amount of time. Dave was informative on how to get in and around Pearl Harbor. The Honolulu part was interesting to learn the Hawaiian history.

Pick this one! Multiple people there didn’t realize the battleship wasn’t with Arizona tours and missed it but it was worth the time/cost if you’re able to fit both in! Well organized & a good amount of time to see both. A very somber day but so glad we did it.

Disappointed with the guide on this tour. Instructions were a little difficult to follow. Wasn't well organised. No microphone in vehicle for half the tour so couldn't hear him. Additionally ran out of paper tickets to enter the memorial. We also did NOT receive a text with our tickets for the Missouri. Suggestion - You should issue all tickets prior to the day of travel. Very disappointed with Trip Advisor & Viator on this occassion.

Our driver was very talkative. He needed to use his microphone better because everyone couldn't hear him on the bus. We sat directly behind him and on occasion couldn't understand him. He spoke a little too much about his personal life. Very informative about different places that locals love. After he picked us up from the Missouri, he drove us through the National Cemetery. Glad we did that.

Pearl Harbor experience was very moving touching and something we will never forget! A must see when visiting Honolulu! And unforgettable history and sombering story of the fallen! Price well worth the many museums videos and historical pieces of History!! Taking a shuttle was not worth it, close to hotels and plenty of parking. David was very informative but yet very controlling in a way that still made us late after getting in the gate. He did provide refreshments and made sure everybody was safely aboard however he could have been more considerate after picking us up knowing that everyone was in the hot sun all day and wanted to just get back to the hotel for dinners. Instead he took us on a tour through downtown Honolulu which took another hour!? Would have been great had we not been out in the hot sun on our feet all day out exploring Pearl Harbor he should have been more considerate asking if we would mind a quick tour or picked us up earlier to provide. Felt forced to join his own journey. We are on vacation drivers should not be sharing financial personal issues as a way to gain more tips we felt by him repeating himself to and from Pearl Harbor. He did try to make it right by dropping us off at a requested dinner spot by a group of us! We also could not hear him very well while he spoke it was mumbled a bit. As we did appreciate the site tour that late in day it was too much and too long. Aside from that

Dave was very knowledgeable, not only about Pearl Harbour, but also Hawaii. Very punctual with pick-up and drop-off. No issues whatsoever, and the tour around Honolulu sights finished off a great day.

Excellent and helpful guide. Plenty of time to see Arizona memorial and Missouri battle ship. Wish more food vendors available at memorial. Only stressful thing was waiting for the driver to pick us up closer to 10 rather than 9:30. Also traffic is heavy and drop off was closer to 5:15 rather than 4:30.

Good information during the drive. Good information on Hawaii history. Disappointed in not being able to get to Arizona memorial. Not enough time to get to aviation museum.
