Great service and a wonderful experience! The staff was super friendly, helpful, and professional. Regardless of whether we got to see the aurora, you could tell that the staff genuinely did everything they could to help us find it. We really appreciated their effort and dedication. We really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it!

This aurora tour was amazing!! Elena and Ed were the perfect guides. It was cloudy on the night of the geomagnetic storm, and they drove us all the way from Fairbanks to Denali to get a clear view of the lights. We saw such an amazing show of the aurora, with the snowcapped mountains of Denali in the backdrop, it was absolutely stunning! Elena and Ed were so fun and enthusiastic; they spent so much time finding the perfect spots for viewing and taking TONS of photos and videos for everyone in the entire group. It was definitely a long night (our pickup from Fairbanks was at 7:45pm, we arrived back at around 5am) but it was worth it for the views, and their vans are very new and comfortable.

The experience was so amazing I would have rated this 6 stars. It was a cloudy night although the KP index was high, but Elena drove us all the way to Denali and we caught the most breathtaking Aurora views there! Beautiful dancing auroras with a full moon and the snow-capped Denali mountain range in the background. It wa such a grand backdrop for the aurora show. Elena and Ed were so friendly and enthusiastic for her customers to catch the lights and also have the best pictures. It was a long ride but totally worth it. Strongly recommend!

Anna tries very hard to ensure you have a good time. She did everything humanly possible to make it a fun outing. She knows her stuff & is kind & fun loving.

The tour guide is very professional, and you can see the aurora in any place they take you. The tour guide was very dedicated and also very easygoing. Willing to help everyone solve problems. Still working hard to find the best photo spots for everyone at the aurora viewing location. Very patient. We had a great time. I have a small suggestion. It would be perfect if we could give the photos to everyone within the day or three days after the event. It's a bit long to wait for the photos in a week. But I am still very grateful for the efforts of the tour guide and the team. We were all very happy that day 😃

I booked this tour for my sister and I. The tour description stated that you'll "spend an incredible night on the hunt for the elusive Northern lights." There was never a hunt. Ed and Elana drove us about 2 hours outside of Fairbanks where we sat for approximately 4 hours never seeing the Northern Lights with the naked eye. Herein lies the problem. There was no hunt, just one stop, one location. Beware, this tour is absolutely NOT a hunt. I later was disappointed to learn that the aurora was visible that night, at the Chena Hot Springs...but we were nowhere near that location. While we didn't see the lights, Ed did provide some interesting information on the aurora and Elana did take our photo of an "invisible to the naked eye" aurora in the background. While I understand the Northern Lights are not always visible and there's no guarantee of seeing them, the description of the tour leads you to believe you'll move to other locations in the search to find them. This just was not true. Additionally, if the guides are genuinely professionals, I feel the tour should have been cancelled when they discovered the probability of seeing the aurora was very low that evening, particularly at the location we were driven to. Furthermore, we were informed very shortly into the drive that the conditions were not favorable that evening, making me question why the tour wasn't cancelled or rescheduled to begin with. Needless to say it was a disappointing experience.

Is was an amazing experience !! The guides worked hard to make sure we had an awesome experience. We traveled several different places and waited until they saw activities. They were also GREAT at making sure we all got photos of the experience. I would recommend this 100%. I would even do it again myself.

Our guide Elena was outstanding! When Fairbanks was under cloud cover during our visit, our hopes dimmed for seeing the Northern Lights; but this tour company pulled it off! We watched the aurora dance for hours. Now we are looking forward to receiving the link for the professional photos taken during our tour, which is a service included in the tour price. Elena was considerate of our comfort every step of the way.

Elena and Ed gave us a fantastic, once in a lifetime experience!! It wasn’t the most vibrant or colorful display, but the brilliancy of the stars, the fresh air, the aurora and the pictures all made for a spectacular evening. There were snacks and a very comfortable van/bus. Thank you so much!!
