The Tour: The tour is good and would have been excellent if not for the scorching sun. A day ago we were in Pilatus and it was wonderful. The sun just took out the romance and relaxation from this trip otherwise the activities were fun. Do take a hat and lots of sunscreen just in case. Just wish we had more time in Interlaken on the way back. Guides: Nilsen and Priscila are two wonderful human beings. The way Nilsen keeps us informed and entertained for the whole journey is unbelievable (i have been on lots of tours). Even when he spoke in spanish was soothing. And Priscila was an Angel who attended to everyone needs with much attention and love. The driver was a nice guy sorry i forgot his name.

The Grindelwald First experience was the most beautiful mountain experience I’ve ever had.. With all of the paragliders all around the mountains, and the gorgeous mountains, it was a day to remember . Staff was very nice. The bus came from Zurich first, so there are already many many people on board when it made this stop to pick us up in Lucerne. Still that wasn’t a problem. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We felt the right amount of time was given to each of the three towns we visited .. Definitely the most time spent at Grindelwald made sense! Thanks for a great day

Pick up location is in a nasty area . Allot of confusion as the hosts were late. Tour itself was very good.

Great day with perfect weather! A terrific guide that was passionate about sharing the experience. Mathew was engaging, personable and full of helpful tips and information. Would definitely recommend this tour. Your experience can vary if you don’t have good weather, so good idea to do that prior to booking.

The sights were beautiful but the group was too large. Our guide Bernadette did a good job and was very kind. We had a bilingual group so it was somewhat difficult for the guide to organize everyone and we felt it took away from the overall experience. The stop at Interlakken was our least favorite, but Grindelwald was amazing.

It was such an incredible experience ! My tour guy Gonzalo was amazing honestly I have a particular fear of highs and he helped me with it, he advised us to go do the tour of the mountain and my 90 years old grandma and my mom had a great time! Thank you for everything

This is a great tour to do and the company is super accommodating. We accidentally overslept, missing the bus we were supposed to get on for the tour. A few minutes after the time we were supposed to be there, we received a call from the company which is what woke us up. They asked if we were coming and we explained what happened. The company was nice enough to leave our tickets for the tour and the cable car to get there at the front desk, making it easily accessible and allowing us to continue our tour even though we missed the bus. Once we got to top of Europe we were able to meet up with the tour and finish off the tour. We were super grateful for Lars and his commentary on all of the history and information from top of Europe.

I felt there were way too many people on this tour. They dropped us off in Interlaken and just told us to be back by a certain time. There was no guided tour. Same with Grindelwald. They brought us to the cable car to the first walk but didn’t tell us our options of what to do there or suggestions of what to do in town. The bus ride was fine although it was so crowded I couldn’t get a seat with my husband. I felt it was too expensive for what we got.

Great tour - Grindelwald is beautiful - do the cable car - guides helpful as well - would definitely recommend

Great views and walkways and nice after having low/no visibility at Pilatis and Matterhorn. This was at end of trip and made up for the others. No one’s fault on others as we learned it rains 150 - 180 days / year so you never know.
