fantastic friendly staff and a great day out! 🙂 would recommend and go there again. perfect day out
Went to the water park and was having a great time! Slides were great and food was good. We went to get a drink from one of the bars and our moods completely changed. There were two staff members who made us feel very unappreciated and tried to embarrass us in front of other customers. Sometimes people may make a mistake and that’s 100% okay - we are human and this happens, but to scream and shout at a customer when told we received something we didn’t order instead of something else is not acceptable. Instead of apologizing and remaking a drink we were told that we messed up our own order? The girls went on to raise their voice and one even had to turn away due to her laughter and she also needed a quick vape break? After our situation another customer came back with a complaint in which the girls sent her away as to not deal with the situation. They also proceeded to speak to eachother in Greek, laugh and call us inappropriate names thinking we didn’t speak the language - not professional at all. Enjoyed everything else however there was no need in regards to the bad attitudes.
Dear Visitor, Thank you for explaining what happened in such detail. We are glad that you enjoyed the slides and food, but we are genuinely concerned by the behaviour you describe at the bar. Mistakes with an order can happen, but raising voices, laughing at guests, making inappropriate comments or responding disrespectfully is not acceptable and does not reflect the standard we expect. Your comments will be passed directly to management so the incident can be investigated properly with the employees involved. It is sad that one interaction changed the mood of what had otherwise been a very enjoyable day. We hope you will consider visiting us again and giving us the opportunity to provide the level of service you should have received throughout your visit.
We pre-booked our tickets online meaning we had a discount which was great and we also managed to avoid hefty queues which was helpful. We caught the number 11 bus from Paphos Harbour which was 2eruo for adults (one way) and 1 for children up to 18. The last stop is at the park so you can’t miss it! The park itself is well-organised. We had 2 lockers for 5 of us and everything is on a wristband so there is no need to carry money around with you. The whole area was clean. Lifeguards were active in that they continued to check upon people on the rides rather than being passive which we liked. We were unsure why every outside area allowed smoking? Please re-consider this. On one of the rides, there was a height restriction of 1.20. The customer in front of us was being quite rude to the young man operating the ride, and the young man handled it exceptionally well. He sought guidance from another member of staff who initially supported him and said the child could not ride. After the customer continued to be challenging , despite the child not meeting the height, he let the child ride alone anyway. We felt this undermined the young man doing his job (very well too), but also gave the wrong message that if you ‘kick off’ you can ignore the rules. We assume the rules are there for safety, so we were disappointed that this was then allowed. It raises questions about integrity. Despite this, queuing times were reasonable considering it was peak time and busy. The rides were fun and loved by all ages (the two parents and an 18,16 and 8 year old). We bought water in the gift shop which was cheaper than around the site. We had 5 ice creams and a large bag of crisps to share. With these, the 2 waters and lockers this was around £30 which seemed a lot considering these were snacks. To make the park more appealing, it would be great if the barcodes of the party of guests were linked to key photos spots on the rides. These could then be purchased as I know we would have loved some photos. As it was, we got 2 at the end to ensure we had an action shot! An enjoyable day and we visit again. However, please adhere to your own rules.

We are pleased that the online booking, wristband system, cleanliness, active lifeguards and range of attractions all contributed to an enjoyable day for your family. We especially appreciate you raising the situation regarding the height restriction. Safety rules are there for a reason and should be applied consistently to every guest. The young employee was correct to follow the stated restriction and seek support when challenged. We will review what happened afterwards, as allowing an exception after a guest continues to argue can undermine both the employee and, more importantly, the safety procedure itself. Your comments regarding smoking areas are also noted and will be shared with management for consideration. We also appreciate your feedback about snack prices and the suggestion of linking wristbands to action photos around the park. It is a useful idea and one that could make it much easier for families to find and purchase photographs from their day. We are at the park at the moment, The park activities are amazing and we were having a fantastic day until I went to order drinks at the Wave Bar, the two girls who work there are rude aggressive and have zero respect for visitors, they got my order and numerous other orders wrong, told me I was confused and swore at me when I complained,these girls need a course in customer service. There is no need for their attitude to be so bad!!!!!!!!!

We are pleased that you have been enjoying the attractions, but the experience you describe at the Wave Bar is certainly not the level of service we expect from our team. We take comments about staff behaviour seriously and would much rather have the opportunity to address a problem during your visit than learn about it only afterwards. We hope the rest of your day at Aphrodite Waterpark is much more enjoyable and that this incident does not overshadow the fantastic time you were having with us.
Wat an amazing day out we went 8th July 2026 there were hardly any queues..5 euros for a locker. I paid on line direct with the park n did the food voucher option as well n Wen u choose to pay in English money with your card it's cheaper again. You get a band to wear so they scan the band for food n drinks so u don't have to carry any cash. Phots are 10.00 each but they are lovely to. A chicken wrap was 7.00 we had a double burger and chips which was 13.00 each but food n drinks are not expensive the doughnuts were lovely 12 mini ones for a fiver with chocolate sauce n sprinkles. Sun loungers to relax on all with parasolls n you can smoke there n there's a no smoking area for non smokers to the slides r great it's very child friendly and also has a pool and little bits n bobs if you've got smaller children. It's well worth a day out. The floor is absolutely boiling but U can leave yr flip flops by the side of the pools or u can buy socks in the shop on yr way in. Some of the slides I just popped my flip flops on my arms rather than have to walk up the steps to get them once yv been on the slide. Plenty of life guards there. The wave pool is every hour. There's not a great deal to buy in the shop cuddly toys were expensive about 20 to 25 pounds just cos they had a waterpark t shirt on a frog the mermaid dolls were beautiful but again very expensive. We just spent the remaining money on our band on fridge magnets n a little ceramic turtle n a spoon rest just to use it up. U pay for the locker n photos on the way out n they accept cash n card. Really glad we did the water park, now I don't like slides but I did go on the one next to the really big slide n U come out straight in to the lazy river it wasn't to bad at all I really enjoyed it I'm glad I overcame my fear n went on the slide I was so nervous when I got to the top to go in the double ring with my partner U could literally see my heart beating in my chest after I went on it I wanted to go on it again n again popped my flip flops on my arms n off I went thoroughly enjoyed my day n wud definitely recommend having a day out here xxx

Good range of slides and water experiences to do with the kids (9 and 13), clean premises throughout, plenty of sunloungers and umbrellas, nice staff.

We had a full day at Paphos Aquapark as a family with 2 kids (5y and 8y). We apreciate the surveillance of the life guards, the attention to details, the security and respect of the personnel. Very clean and up to date space, with great slides, very safe and well mentained. Totally worth the money!

Had a great time at the Paphos Waterpark. The rides ranged from short and sweet to longer and more challenging. My grandkids ages 2, 5, & 7 each found activities that were appropriaate, but therre were lots of activities for older kids as well. The Management of the Waterpark was excellent. The lifeguards were all over the place, alert and observant. Managers were out and about and happy to answer questions and help out. The facility was clean. We were there at the end of June: no line ups and we got to do our favorite rides over and over. Highly recommend!

The slides are great, but very long waits to get on them. Staff were rude, very abrupt and just not very friendly. You are not allowed to take any food or drink (they check your bags as you enter). The food and drink is extremely expensive and poor quality.

The place is very close to Paphos, a short drive. There are parking lots for cars. The entrance is fast and well organized. There are lockers for rent. There are many seats in different areas. Suitable for families and young people. The cleanliness of the place is really excellent and maintained. Safety instructions in all facilities with professional staff. We had a really good attitude from everyone. Lots of food places that you can take away and charge the bracelet and pay at the exit.
