通常の観光地ではなく、地元で人気の静謐な寺院を主に見学します。 観光客や人混みのお寺とは違い、花や苔、緑、晩秋には紅葉が咲き乱れ、静かなお寺をゆったりと楽しむことができます。 ガイドは東京から派遣されたガイドではありません。 ガイドは鎌倉近辺に約40年住み、ツアーコースが大好きで、行政認定も取得している地元の人。 ガイドによる鎌倉の歴史や宗教、伝統の解説で、当時の人々にさらに近づきます。 例えば、800 - 歳の切り通しや地蔵堂に祀られている姫君の悲劇など。 ガイドの説明は、ご要望に応じて減らすことができます。 お客様だけの、またはガイド付きのご夫婦だけのプライベートツアーです。 つまり、他のゲストに煩わされることなく、このツアーを楽しむことができるのです。 正午～午後0時30分に歩行速度により終了します。 ですから、午後の予定は思いのままにできます。
徒歩7分。（備考参照）「紫陽花寺」として知られる明月院は、5月下旬から6月下旬にかけて、美しい青色の約2,500種類の紫陽花で全国的に有名です。 それは14世紀後半に建てられた禅寺で、枯山水庭園、裏庭（一般公開されていない）、茶室があります。 （備考）ツアー開始時のコース説明後、明月院の代わりに中寿寺を選択された場合、このツアーは直接常寂光寺へ行き、その後中寿寺へ向かいます。つまり、明月院への訪問はありません。
3分ほど歩きます。浄智寺はとても静かな禅寺です。この寺院は、苔で覆われた参道、古い仏像を安置する建物、そして崖をくり抜いた岩棚「やぐら」の上に鎮座する布袋尊 (七福神の 1 人) で有名です。布袋尊のお腹をなでると、徳が得られ、人望が得られ、精力が得られると言われています。

築800年の亀ヶ安坂を8分ほど歩くと、12世紀のサムライプリンセスの悲劇に関連した小さな木造の建物が見えてきます。
徒歩9分。海蔵寺は一年中美しい花が見られる禅寺です。観光地としてはあまり有名ではありませんが、地元の人たちにはとても人気があります。寺院の敷地の裏手にあるトンネルは、14 世紀初頭に掘られた 16 個の丸い井戸のある洞窟に通じています。
徒歩12分。 見学は寿福寺の外門に立ち寄り、山門までの美しい道を80メートル近く歩く。 絶好の撮影機会となります。 境内は非公開。
徒歩9分。鶴岡八幡宮は、鎌倉幕府を開いた源氏を守護する戦いの神である八幡神を祀っています。この巨大な神社は鎌倉幕府の庇護のもとに建立され、今でも鎌倉観光客の必見の場所です。 現在では、元旦には250万人が参拝するなど、日本人に親しまれています。鳥居や舞殿、本殿など興味深い施設が点在しています。源氏の氏神である白旗神社も同じ敷地内にあります。現在も日本人に広く信仰されている神道の習慣を知ることができる興味深い場所です。

From Kita-Kamakura Station to Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, I had a quiet temple tour. There were few tourists, and most of them were small local elementary school students and people who quietly visited the temple, so we could learn the origin of the temple and the historical background of the Kamakura period. It was a great refreshing experience to be exposed to history and nature in the lush green course. When I imagined the scenery at the time of autumn colors, I really wanted to visit this course again.
I had very good time with the guide in Kamakura. I was able to meet him without waiting. The weather was like early summer during the tour. He was so knowledgeable about the area enough to give me historical and geographical information that interested me a lot. For example, in Meigetsuin Temple, he showed me the biggest cave in Kamakura where tombs of worriors were left. That reminded me of medieval battle those days. I'll highly recommend you to join this tour to enjoy walking and learning in the quiet, peaceful and historical area with him.
It was great to immerse myself in a slow-paced atmosphere that made me forget the hustle and bustle of the city. I was happy to spend a wonderful time walking around the tranquil gardens located behind the temples we visited, which were so soothing and relaxing. It was a wonderful tour that was a nice change from the usual tours. The guide's selection of temples and explanations of their historical backgrounds were great as they kept me interested. The guide's personality was also excellent and friendly, which made the tour even better. It was a very nice and memorable tour, and now I would recommend this tour to my friends. If you are looking for a tour where you want to spend some quiet time in the ancient temples, this tour is especially recommended.
