Dear Viator Customer Support, I am extremely disappointed at the service we have received today. We booked a private tour starting at 11:30 AM, yet the vehicle did not arrive until 3 hours later. This delay caused us to lose our entire morning and significantly impacted our plans for the day. To make matters worse, when we made the reservation, we clearly indicated that our group consisted of 6 people. Despite this, a TAXI sedan was sent to pick us up, which is obviously not suitable for a private tour for six passengers. This should have been taken into account from the moment the reservation was confirmed. This has been a very poor experience with Viator so far, especially considering the expectations we had when booking through your platform. At this point, I sincerely hope that the tour itself will meet our expectations and make up, at least in part, for the inconvenience and frustration we have experienced today. US$460 !!! For a taxi ??? He was not a guide, he was a taxi driver who only took us there. We check the price for a taxi and it was $40. This was a scam!!! We took a picture of the price of a cab if you need it.

The driver was lovely and took us to the places we wanted but he didn’t speak any English so this wasn’t really a tour at all. I felt quite missold.

Wonderful experience, our guide Carlos was amazing and pulled up along the road to show us lots of places and gave great advices for tradional food, such as barbacoa and birria. He was super nice to us and available to change of plans. Definitely would recommend him and his tours to anyone

The variety of tequila distillery stops was great - we went to four places, all quite different from each other and with different explanations of what they do. Lots of sampling :-) And our guide took us to Guachimontones as well after the tequila tour (for an extra fee). We appreciated his flexibility. Overall, Carlos was very friendly and helpful - we hired him to take us to the airport the next morning as well. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing time. Our tour guide Ambrosio aka Pocho aka Primo was excellent. He made sure we were safe and adjusted the tour to our needs. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to visit the area. Car was clean, AC was working. Just great all around!

The guide and tour was extremely good, very flexible (appreciate this!) and for that he deserves a special thanks. We had a great day there, which obviously also added up to the experience. From the beginning, the tour guide was very punctual, warm and friendly. We loved the different distilleries and must of all the beautiful and espectacular restaurant that our tour guide recommended. We ordered our tour at 11am on New Year’s Eve, and were picked up by 1pm - impressive on such short notice. Our driver Gilberto was fantastic! Spoke perfect English, was very accommodating. Highly recommended.
