Booked trip for today (March 11) leaving from Bahía Príncipe Aquamarine (DR). Friend woke up very ill. I began looking for a phone number or anything to reach company to cancel or rebook could not get a hold of anyone. Weird thing is they didn’t even show up to the hotel for pick up - maybe they received my message but no information either way. No communication at all.
Buyer beware ! Easy to feel unwell on a vacation, easy to lose money due to this. My advice book with hotel - at least guy can communicate with tour adviser.
