I definitely recommend the ‘Old Delhi Food Tour’ with Faizy. As a solo female traveller I hadn’t ventured out into Delhi during the evening & this tour provided the perfect opportunity to combine this with food. Our guide Faizy was knowledgeable, articulate and very aware of the varying requirements of his guests; ensuring his solo arrivals were safe/comfortable & considering any dietary/allergy requirements. We were taken deep into areas of Old Delhi you wouldn’t look at, never mind venture into alone, which made it seem like a real adventure. All the food was tasty and not necessarily something you’d order yourself - as with other reviewers, I too waited until the next day before posting, to make sure there have been no ‘adverse effects’ to eating street food and I’ve been completely fine. Book it and have a great evening 🙂

Our tour was delayed by one hour, and I had a difficult time figuring out the meeting location. I texted and called the guide quite a few times to understand. Once on the tour, it was good; we got to see Delhi at night, hear some cultural stories, learn about India firsthand, and stop at a few places to try food safely.. all was good .too a

We had a really great experience with Faizy, and we would definitely recommend him. He was great at sharing local history and information about the food. We felt safe while taking the tuk-tuk and walking through the crowds. We have definitely discovered the local delicacies. We chose Faizy because he ensures the food is prepared under hygienic conditions - as of this writing, we have not had any stomach problems :-)

This has been our best food tour in India. Our guide Faizy, was very knowledgeable and provided great information about why we were eating eat course. The food got better and better as the tour went on. We would definitely recommend any food tour with Faizy and were disappointed that we did not have time to do his street art tour. We will certainly be recommending our friends to undertake this tour when in India. We would never have found the street food without our guide. We also loved the cultural insights provided during the tour.

Such a fabulous tour! The Guide (Faizy) was so knowledgeable and took us to all the best places. He knew the best spots and took us places that we wouldn’t go ourselves. He has tried and tested everything so we know that the food will be ok! Me and my friend are two young girls travelling and he ensured we were safe the whole time and also waited with us for our uber back to the hotel. Faizy was also so knowledgeable about the culture and answered all our questions. We couldn’t recommend this tour more- THANK YOU!

I had a wonderful time on this tour! I wouldn't have felt comfortable navigating the streets of Old Delhi alone. We had a good small group and Faizy was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend for any foodie who wants to experience the tucked away treats of Delhi!

Faizy was a great host. He was very patient as we were 30 minutes late due to traffic issues. He provided a great commentary around Old Delhi in addition to the great food we sampled. A word of warning, turn up VERY hungry as we struggled to finish all the courses. I would certainly recommend his tour to others coming to In is who want to safely try out traditional street food and learn more about this crazy city.

An amazing evening with Faizy sampling an array of delicious foods, that have been prepared in the same ways, in the same locations, by the same families for generations. Travelling with my son, Faizy provided us a great introduction into Indian street food, and having ate a lot of street food in Malaysia and Thailand previously, this tour allowed us to do what we most like to do when travelling. We ventured into areas and alleys that we simple wouldn't have dared ourselves. The locations all felt safe from a hygiene perspective and we are actually planning on returning ourselves to some of the vendors before we leave Delhi. Faizy also provided cultural history through the evening. I cannot recommend Faizy and his tour enough, and will definitely tour again with Faizy on my next visit to Delhi.

Faizy was an amazing guide, who not only took us to some of the best street food spots, that my dad and I as tourist would have otherwise overlooked, but also gave us snippets of history about each spot and this area of Old Delhi. Faizy was also attentive, asking us whether we were okay with spice. He also asked if we'd prefer to share a meal or have individual portions, which was very helpful, especially towards the end when we were close to bursting from eating so much delicious food. Couldn't recommend this tour enough! Cheers, Faizy, for a cracking 3 hours

On the positive, a nice route through Old Dehli and a well intentioned guide. We’ve done many food tours and many have been fantastic, even a highlight. The food on this one was disappointing - extremely carb forward and just not that interesting, pedestrian chai, etc. Guide tried, but didn’t add a lot. Many small details just wrong, I rarely leave bad reviews, but feel some responsibility to warn others.
