We used them for a transfer from Sabiha Gokcen airport to Istanbul city centre for a group of families (25 people). They were very helpful all the way through (from asking for quotes, to booking and the service itself). They also went further than expected by offering suggestions of additional services (we didn't need them because our group had already many activities planned/organised). Value for money was quite appropriate. And everything went really smoothly from aiport arrival to the drop-off on our departure.

Good service, for a return transfer to a concert at Olympic stadium, even with very busy traffic managed to get us in and out well.

5 stars Excellent service from start to finish. We used this company for two separate trips — first from Istanbul to Bursa, and then from Bursa to Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Both times we had a Mercedes Sprinter van, and the service was great throughout. The price was fair, they arrived on time, and the driver was professional, safe, and drove very well. The van was comfortable, clean, and made both journeys easy and stress-free. Communication was also smooth and reliable. Definitely a company I’d use again and would happily recommend to anyone needing private transport in Turkey.

I paid for a VIP service with the clear understanding that VIP vehicles include specific features, including a TV. What arrived was a standard vehicle, yet I was still charged the VIP price. When I raised this concern, instead of offering a solution or acknowledging the discrepancy, the representative responded with sarcasm and dismissive remarks, including, “are you in the car? so what’s the issue.” The communication was unprofessional and showed no interest in resolving the problem. This review is not only about being charged a VIP price for a non VIP vehicle, but also about how poorly the situation was handled. Customer service matters just as much as the service itself, and in this case, both failed. I would not recommend this company based on this experience.
