My mom and I had a great time on the guided tour to the cotswalds! Our driver Gary was awesome and so was our guide Robert. We learned a lot and saw so many cool things that we wouldn’t have known about if we had went by ourselves. We would definitely book another tour with them if we come back to England!

The Cotswolds Guided Day Tour was very nice, tour guide was very personable but I wish we would of gone through a village with stone houses and thatched roofs. I had done a tour several years ago with another vendor who visited a village of this sort. Maybe you could suggest another tour of yours which would provide such a village.
Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the Cotswolds tour and found our guide personable. We appreciate your suggestion regarding a traditional village with stone cottages and thatched roofs, and we’ll share it with our team for consideration. EvanEvansTours Team

Absolutely terrible experience, my tour was cancelled with less than a weeks notice, booked well in advance and couldn't change dates as my daughter works on a tight schedule, we booked as liked the itinerary and to cap it all to rebook something similar would cost another £74,and they only offered a full refund, this is absolutely not acceptable and extremely disappointing, so now we have no day trip at all to look forward to
Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry for the disappointment and frustration caused by the cancellation of your tour with less than a week’s notice, particularly as you had booked well in advance and had limited flexibility due to your daughter’s schedule. We completely understand how upsetting it must have been to have your plans disrupted after choosing the tour specifically for its itinerary, and we’re especially sorry that finding a similar alternative would have resulted in an additional cost. We appreciate that a full refund alone did not resolve the inconvenience or replace the experience you had been looking forward to. Your comments regarding the cancellation notice, alternative arrangements, and additional cost are very important, and we will share them with the relevant team. We sincerely apologise that we let you down and that you were left without the day trip you had planned. We truly regret the impact this had on your visit. Warm regards, Evanevanstours team
