Amazing tour. Chris S was amazing,driver extraordinaire, funny, helpful, just made the tour that much better. Great itinerary, wasn’t too rushed, lots of spare time to enjoy. Small group, so very friendly and sad to say goodbye on day 5.

This tour with Christian surpassed my expectations. Thank you. For those of you considering Go UK tours, here are a few differences from other small group tours I have taken: - You are on your own for lunch and dinner everyday. Unless you make an effort you won’t get to know the other folks (most socializing happens at meals). Also, you need to add the cost of the meals to the tour cost. - Go UK does NOT provide tours at the locations. You are on your own (with one exception - we paid for a tour of Port Isaac). Your Driver will provide you with lots of info as they drive but s/he stays in the van while you see the sites. - You handle your own luggage. This is good if you don’t want to have to put your suitcase outside your hotel room at 7am. Bad if you don’t want to carry your stuff - sometimes up and down stairs. Due to these factors I consider Go UK tours to provide bare-bones tours. My Partner and I were very happy with it, but you should consider your own travel style

This tour was outstanding! We have been world travellers for decades and have always self-directed our road trips. This was our first foray into a group guided tour and it is doubtful any future experiences can top this. GOToursUK is a beautifully managed company. All aspects are brilliant: The website, itineraries, value for money, communications, accommodations and most importantly the one who fronts all this, your driver/guide. What a BONUS to be in the capable hands of Christian. He knows the roads like the back of his hand, has an incredible stock of historical information, reads the room AKA the van and immediately knows how to effectively relate to everyone on board, has additional playlists to suit the locale and treats you to all kinds of bonus side tours. He is professional, personable, knowledgeable, a phenomenal driver and so gentle and kind. Thank you so much, Christian, for an absolutely wonderful tour. We enjoyed 5 days in Cornwall and the Cotswolds with our magnificent driver and clever tour guide, Len. A congenial group filled our 16 passenger bus. It was a great way to enjoy the English countryside with no responsibility driving or planning. Len did an excellent job describing the areas and telling stories to impart the history. We stayed in the B and Bs. These are somewhat different than those in the US…. More like a small inn. Falmouth was charming with full breakfast. Exeter had more amenities (including an elevator) but minimal breakfast. Both were well located with nearby restaurants, shops and sights. Go Tours clearly runs a well tuned company. Communication was good and timing was as expected. I recommend!

We really enjoyed this trip and got to see a lot of places in just 5 days. Hotels were very good and close to amenities. The whole experience was enhanced by David, our driver/guide who enlightened us with so much history and entertained us with his wit and musical talents. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Cornwall and the Cotswolds. The right balance between seeing lots of places and spending time in them. The accomodations were great and the small group worked well. A shoutout to our driver / guide / history buff Len who embellished the journey with facts , history and suggestions. Attending Evensong in Exeter Cathedral was something we would not have considered but it was great. Also Len took us on the backroads through scenic countryside, laneways and villages. The guided walking tour of Port Issac was also a highlight. Thanks again Mark and Julie from Australia

A great way to see Cornwall, we would never have otherwise seen. Being from the U.S., driving would’ve been a nightmare, but we had an excellent guide who was also a great driver. We are not used to be on someone else's schedule, so that took a little getting used to, but overall, a great experience.

This trip was excellent. Cannot praise the driver/guide highly enough, thank you Len, you are a wonderful person and a most excellent safe driver. We travelled all the backroads, saw so much more than we could ever have seen in a hire car, without all the hassles. Hotels were excellent, far exceeded expectations. Bus was comfortable. Highly recommend. Company also easy to deal with, responsive.

This tour gets you where the “big buses” simply can’t go! We spent the week on the single lane roads between the hedgerows, stopping as frequently as Clair, our very capable, friendly, and knowledgeable guide found it appropriate to share something really cool.
