My partner and I came from very far away to visit this museum. As a result: closed door, despite having tickets in hand, due to a One Piece event evidently organized without any foresight. When one is unable to manage an influx of visitors, one should avoid organizing such events. Making people travel from afar only to deny them entry is simply unacceptable. The most outrageous part remains the complete lack of a proposed solution, accompanied by a refusal to refund. Such disastrous and contemptuous management towards visitors. This experience gives a catastrophic image of the establishment and its management. We will not return, and we will strongly advise our acquaintances against this museum.

Just the building itself is great. The rooms are beautifully designed. The figures are well done, and you can recognize them. There are many French figures that one might not necessarily know as a foreigner. At the beginning, there was a show, specifically something different.

Great experience: incredible staging, rather realistic statues, personalities of all kinds, and a little animation at the beginning with lights. The only downside: the wait. The line was endless.
