Pleasant mindful experience amid a busy trip
A wonderful unique experience. It was an opportunity to learn a simple Zen Buddhism meditation technique, meet other travelers who share an interest in meditation and mindfulness, and ask questions about the practice. It was a welcome reprieve amid the hustle and bustle of the city. Great for solo travellers. Kazu-San was responsive and the meeting place was easy to find.
