This 1.5 hour Zen Meditation was wonderful and extraodinary! My first time experience. It was conducted with some professional details yet very interesting. A great introduction to Zen meditation, together with a simple calming tea ceremony and caligraphy with fun, even with Q&A in the end. Tamami is a great energetic guide with excellet english attending to every details and logistics. Monk Namiki-san was very kind and inspirational, his teaching/answers and time spent with us is very much appreciated.

Lovely experience with meditation

This was such a cool experience for my family of 6. I was hesitant about this activity because we are followers of Christ and I didn’t want to guide my family in a wrong direction. Zen is more of a philosophical way than a religion and all of us can benefit from the quieting of our minds. I’m so glad I kept the reservation. Everyone loved it.

It was a wonderful experience specially because Tamami was very professional and friendly and patient! she also gave me her Rakugan sweet when she saw that I liked it a lot😌 The calligraphy was also fun! Will try to make the zen meditation my daily habit from now on!
