completely UNorganized. Due to the lack of organization we lost at least an hour and a half because they couldn't find the correct lists and assign the hearing devices. Ended up without a device and we couldn't see as much as we wanted because of waiting time while they were figuring out.

The tour company was located right outside the cruise terminal. Easy walk. Our tour guide Frank was very knowledgeable about the area. Once inside the market square we were allowed to go off and explore on our own. I would have given this a 5 star but Frank walked way to fast for a few of us senior people. At one point I was yelling for Frank. He never turned around during the tour to see if the group was together. There was an elderly man behind me who was having trouble keeping up. Then a lady from our group came forward and kept Frank on task to allow the elderly man to catch up.

As a solo traveler, I often look for excursions that are well-organized but still allow personal exploration, and this one fit that balance nicely. The transfer from Zeebrugge was simple, and the group size felt manageable. Bruges itself was very easy to explore. I enjoyed wandering along the canals and through the old streets without feeling rushed. The guide provided useful background information, but I also had enough time to experience the city on my own terms. I particularly liked the free time period, which allowed me to sit quietly by the water and take in the atmosphere. It felt like a relaxed and well-paced introduction to the city.

We didn’t get enough time in the city as we were collected from the pier with other groups and had to wait more than 40 minutes for everybody to reach the coach .we were only 7 in the group ,if we were taken separately,we would have saved that time .we were supposed to be in a delux group so should have been transferred from the pier in a small van ,saving our time .Guide was very good but we had to miss our boat ride otherwise we would not get enough free time in the town .brugges is a beautiful city enjoyed the trip

We traveled with children and one older family member, so convenience was a big factor when choosing this excursion. The transportation from the cruise port was smooth, and everything was clearly explained from the beginning. Bruges turned out to be a very walkable and visually interesting city. The canals and old buildings kept the children engaged, and there were plenty of spots where we could stop and rest when needed. Our guide was patient and made sure the group stayed together without making the experience feel too strict. We especially appreciated having free time to explore at our own pace. It made it easier to adjust the day to our family’s needs rather than following a rigid schedule.

My husband Ryan and I visited Bruges on April 8th as part of our anniversary vacation, and this excursion ended up being one of the highlights of the trip. At first we struggled slightly finding the correct tour group because there were multiple buses and not enough visible signs near the terminal area. Thankfully one of the staff members helped us quickly. Once the tour started, our guide Helena was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, funny, and clearly passionate about the history of Bruges. We learned so much while still having enough free time to explore independently. The walking portion is definitely more intense than advertised though. Several older guests in our group looked exhausted by the end of the day. For us personally it was manageable, but it’s something travelers should know ahead of time. We absolutely loved Bruges and would recommend this tour to anyone visiting for the first time.

I picked this tour because it was cheaper than the one the cruise offered. Also, it was guaranteed to get us back to the cruise on time. It was supposed to start by 9 AM, but it was delayed slightly. We boarded the bus and were passed off to another tour guide once we arrived in Bruges. Our guide was friendly, but seemed overwhelmed at times. We had some very entitled tourists in our group who were very demanding, and I don't think he knew quite how to handle them. I honestly feel like I didn't learn too much on this tour. He walked very fast and sometimes made it seem like he was leaving us in the dust. Honestly, the best part of the tour was when he let us go off on our own in the market square.

I joined this tour alone on May 11th while spending a few days in Belgium, and I honestly had a really enjoyable experience. As a solo traveler, group tours can sometimes feel awkward, but our guide Daniel made everyone feel included from the start. The beginning was slightly chaotic because the meeting point signage wasn’t very visible, and a few guests seemed confused about where to go. After that though, the day flowed smoothly. Daniel shared a lot of interesting local history without overwhelming the group with too many dates or facts. I especially appreciated the recommendations during free time because I ended up finding a small chocolate shop and café that became one of my favorite memories from the trip. Definitely wear comfortable shoes because there’s much more walking involved than expected. Overall though, a very worthwhile experience for anyone visiting Bruges for the first time.
