This is an excellent tour. Very all-inclusive. Informative walking tour that includes a canal tour as well as time on your own.

Beautiful city, wonderful knowledgeable guides. Easy checkin, pickup, drop-off. Wonderful chocolates & Belgina Waffles (these are dessert not breakfast and not included in tour). You will love your time in this city and on this tour.

We had a wonderful few hours exploring Bruges during our cruise stop, and this was a very enjoyable way to make the most of our limited time. Traveling with family, we wanted something that would let us see the highlights without feeling rushed from one place to another, and the combination of sightseeing and the canal cruise worked particularly well. Bruges itself is incredibly picturesque, with its medieval buildings, charming streets, historic squares, and beautiful canals. Walking through the old city gave us plenty of opportunities to stop, look around, and take photographs. The canal cruise was probably the highlight for our family because it offered a completely different perspective of the city. Seeing the historic architecture from the water made the experience feel peaceful after walking around the busy streets. We also appreciated that the excursion was designed around the timing of cruise passengers. With only a limited number of hours available in port, having a structured half-day experience made it much easier to enjoy Bruges without worrying about how to organize everything ourselves. Overall, it was a relaxed, interesting, and memorable family outing.

We booked this tour based on reviews and because the tour company picked up at the cruise terminal. Communication about an earlier than scheduled start time was received the day before our tour. The bus was comfortable although when we returned other passengers took our original seats near the front. The bus with 45 people was broken down to three tour guides/groups. Our guide was nice but showed her frustration because we had someone with a walker and someone with two canes that could not keep up with the rest of the group. She left the slow ones behind and went back to get them later. The commentary was good and sites were highlighted appropriately. It was a rainy and miserable walk for two hours before our short wet canal ride. Not tour operators fault we had a bad weather day. The tour operator said it would be a thirty minute return walk after the meet up of the group. The walk was actually 45 minutes back to the bus. We walked over 11,000 steps which was too much for us seniors. If you are not an active senior I would not recommend this walking tour.

The tour and the tour guide were excellent. However, it was raining throughout our tour that we ended up had to gave up taking canal cruise as the boat is not covered and the seats are wet. Apart from that, we did have a good tour on Bruges.

A lot of walking. Much over cobblestones. An interesting look at many of the historic buildings and areas of the city

This tour wasn't listed as a walking tour. As described it said, here for 30 minutes, here for 60 minutes. There was none of that. We walked from the bus to each location and the guide who was wonderful and very information stopped and spoke. So my only warning is, lots of walking on uneven, cobblestone and brick steps. It rained all day, so also slippery spots. That being said, Brugge is a beautiful city. Canals run throughout and so lovely scenic views in every direction. Good food, shopping and sights. We had 20 people in our group and she did a good shop of waiting for us to gather before she began speaking. She gave us information on good local shops for their famous waffles, chocolates, lace and French fries. We had a canal ride and then about an hour and a half to explore on our own and then we met up for the walk back to the bus. All in all, even with the rain, it was a great day.

Although I booked the tour because it was advertised as easy, due to poor walking distance (spinal stenosis) I found that once in Brugge there was a 1.5 hour walking tour. I was about to stay on the coach when the guide (Jenny) advised that there would be many opportunities to stop and rest. This turned out to be the case and I throughly enjoyed the tour. Also we booked through Viator the day before, got conformation but found that we weren't on the group list, however this was resolved and we were able to board the coach after a anxious wait.

It was easy to find the bus and the tour was great. The Canal cruise was very nice, even nicer if it wasn’t raining.

Excellent guide and driver, very informative, punctual. Beautiful city. Loved the waffles. Canal cruise would be good but is weather dependent. It rained most of the day so all I got to see on the canal were the umbrellas in front of me but that’s the breaks.
