Great customer service. The venue was nice. The food was great! The performances with live musicians were awesome! I would go again.

Fabulous luau
Great time! Good food, great show and lovely spot!

Great family experience
It was very nice, we paid for the premium seating so we were up front. Our server was very nice and attentive.

Poor and not worth the price at all
Definitely not worth the price. 1) the food selection was very small 2) the poor lack of representation of the Polynesian islands were insane . They spent 30-45 mins on Hawaii alone (which I get were in Hawaii) but they didn’t do any representation of Tonga , of Fiji, and barely anything for Samoa . Just all in all really poor experience and would NOT recommend to anyone.

Our show includes performances representing Hawai‘i, New Zealand, Tahiti, and Samoa, with a stronger emphasis on Hawaiian culture, as we are a Hawaiian luau. While we may not feature every Polynesian island, we strive to present an authentic and enjoyable cultural experience in an intimate setting. Our buffet offers a variety of options, including salad with pineapple vinaigrette, Hawaiian mac salad, hummus and vegetables, lomi lomi salmon, poi, teriyaki chicken, mixed vegetables, white rice, Molokai sweet potatoes, kalua pork, sesame ginger mahi mahi, pineapple, and assorted desserts Again, we are sorry you did not enjoy your experience and appreciate your feedback.

Good time
Very good service and food. The Hosts were very hospital and friendly. Very entertaining and engaging.

Luau
It was so cool to see everything and the food was so good we went back for seconds the dancing was so cool and they explained everything so well the bugs got a little bad for others around me but never got bad where I was sitting

Hawaii Luau at Gilligan's
Food was plentiful, but average. Alcohol was from a limited menu. Small scale dance program. 11 cast, 6 dancers, 3 musicians, an emcee and a fire dancer. Stage was approximately 12x30. Overall good, but bring insect repellent.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the food plentiful and the overall experience good. Our luau is intentionally a more intimate production, rather than a large-scale resort show, with a focus on creating an authentic Polynesian experience. We offer a selection of tropical cocktails along with beer, wine, and champagne. As for the insects, we are outdoors in Hawai‘i, so insect repellent is always a good idea!

Great show, good food, too many bugs
The show was amazing!! The performers were all very good and it was energizing to be there. The food was pretty good as well, lots of different options at the buffet and options for drinks. The only downside was all of the bugs. They were everywhere during dinner and the show, they got worse as the night went on. I was wearing a dress and they were literally down my the front of dress and crawling all over me.

It was a great show and the food was delicious!!! The story telling and dancers were amazing. Would suggest to anyone who asks!

Falls
Raining and misting had to take an easier route as the other route wasn’t deemed a safe choice. A little disappointed. Our guide Stephen was knowledgeable and very friendly. Loved his recommends while on the island.
