Two bookings, two serious problems. I would not use this company again. This was my second time booking with this company, and both experiences ended in serious problems. After the first, I had to open a case with the Better Business Bureau. I booked a Vatican Museums ticket, but when I arrived, I was told the ticket had already been used. I had to buy another ticket on the spot just to see the museum. I showed the company evidence of what happened, but the problem was never properly resolved. I gave them another chance and booked a private day tour to Salzburg. The night before the tour, they sent me a voucher saying everything was ready and that I should be prepared for a 7:00 a.m. pickup. Then, only hours later, I discovered the tour had been canceled. When I contacted them, their representative blamed me, saying the tour was canceled because I had asked for a comfortable car. That explanation is contradicted by the written messages: I accepted the car they offered, and they confirmed that the arrangement was okay. Being blamed for a cancellation after receiving confirmation and a voucher is insulting. Based on my two experiences, I believe this company is unreliable and handled both situations dishonestly. I strongly recommend that travelers avoid booking with them. Keep every message and confirmation if you do decide to take the risk.

Sam was our driver. He was wonderful . It was a fantastic day. I would highly recommend. Do not miss Halstatt when visiting Austria - it was the highlight!

AMAZING!!! A must see while in Vienna! Both beautiful places are worth traveling to and this company is fabulous to book with! Sam was our guide, and he made the trip! He did not rush us when we needed more time at the stops and was such a great guide! Highly highly recommend!!

Amazing trip. Beautiful scenic and safe drive. In 11 hours we were able to come back to city. Sam ( Chauffeur) was very cooperative and shared information throughout the journey. 10 STAR FOR SAM.

It was one of the comfortable ride. Appreciate the service but the weather here is extremely hot. Overall it was good experience.

He made the trip enjoyable and shared so much helpful information along the way. He also took us to all the most beautiful spots in Hallstatt and Salzburg, which made the experience even more special. We had a good trip it is 3 hours through the mountains so weary car sick people could have an issue. We stopped at Traunsee Lake and Hallstatt for pictures walking around and break. Driver was friendly and knowledgeable about sights and recommendations. Went to Mozarts birthplace in Salzburg enjoyed lunch at Bier a 400 year restaurant. Walked around shops. Overall would be a 5 star but we got stopped by police on way and apparently the vehicle should have been licensed as taxi or commercial and was not. Cost us about half hour of time and an uncomfortable situation but overall a good day
