チャンメイ/ティエンサ港：ホイアン＆ダナンハイライトツアー

Su was an amazing tour guide. Communication before the tour was excellent, pickup was smooth, and we didn’t have to deal with any of the long waits or crowded busses that the other cruise passengers experienced. He answered all our questions, shared tons of information about the area and the local population, and took us around to so many incredible locations. He tailored the tour to our needs, including making sure everything at the lunch was safe for one of our group who has some difficult allergies to accommodate. He had a great sense of humor and kept things light. I’m terrified of heights and he never made me feel like an inconvenience for staying back while the rest of the group trekked up to some points that had me shaking in my boots just looking at them. He advised us of some tourist traps to avoid and helped us understand how to haggle with vendors. All four of us agreed that we would have paid double what we did for this tour and still felt like it was a bargain at any price. If you can only do one tour, you’d be doing yourself a disservice if you did anything other than this one!

We were cruise passengers and met the driver and guide outside the cruise terminal, as they can not go into the port to the ship. They contacted us with a picture of the car on What's App it was easy and on time. We saw everything we wanted to, with a few extra stops for shopping and photos too. The English speaking guide provided the entry tickets to the sites, and had lots of interesting facts about the places we were visiting, she was very knowledgeable and helpful and knew all the best spots to take the best photos! We enjoyed all the sites we visited. A great time an excellent experience all round 5*

Su was a top-notch guide with excellent English language skills. He was very pleasant and answered all our questions and provided the information and experience we wanted. We highly recommend him and the Tour Company. We saw everything stated in the itinerary and returned on time to the ship. The driver Bao was good and safely dodged the traffic.

Not worth the time. Long and boring drive through depressing dirty streets. Could gave taken a nicer route. No opportunity to photograph dragon Bridge.

Our guide Bruce was raised in Hoi An and very knowledgeable. His English is excellent. We had a wonderful day together. The included lunch was amazing-farm to table organic vegetables!

Really great experience with Su as our guide. We saw the highlights, just like we requested--dragon bridge, Marble Mountains, and Chinatown marketplace in Hoi An as well as the beach in Da Nang. Had a wonderful lunch. Tons of communication with the tour arrangers and Su. At Tien Sa port, you need to take a shuttle to exit the dock to get outside the port--most independent non-cruise associated tours are not allowed dockside. But no problem--they have a golf-cart type shuttle that runs often. Make sure you have WhatsApp ready to go, because they use that a lot. You should have it anyway when traveling.

In the limited time that we had, our guide, Jade, helped us experience the highlights of Hoi An and the Marble Mountains. The ancient market town of Hoi An was made even more beautiful by the presence of local women dressed in traditional clothes to celebrate the upcoming Chinese new year. The sacred grottos and statues of Marble Mountains were an amazing surprise, and we could’ve spent much longer there. Jade and our driver were an excellent team for navigating crowded streets and parking places. The car was comfortable and the lunch was fantastic, in an open air, beautiful setting. Jade and the driver also gave us a wonderful beginning to the tour by driving over a scenic mountain pass and descending into Danang area. We recommend Jade and this tour.

Excellent tour and tour guide. Hoi An was the definite highlight. Our tour guide was informative and pleasant.

This was an unrushed 7 hour day spent in the company of Jade and her driver. Jade was very attentive and despite the torrential rain we managed to do everything on the tour. Jade’s English was good and she was very informative and we learnt a lot about the history and geography of the area. Highly recommended.

Great day - just felt it was abit rushed - guide and driver were awesome and we had an Amazing Vietnamese lunch.. loved Hoi A but didn’t stop really at De Nang .. still had a great day taking plenty of photos
