A great place to visit for anyone who loves Harry Potter. Lots of interesting displays and interactive experiences. Great way to see all the planning and Props that went into making the fabulous Harry Potter movies. Well worth the visit and highly recommend the bus for ease of getting to and from the Studio.
Despite booking well in advance and double checking everything around the booking, we were not on the booking list. We finally made it but it was awkward until they solved it. Too long set aside and there were no alternative bus times back to London. Overrated experience. Nice and tidy in the premises.

The recommended duration for visiting the Warner Bros. Studio Tour, as stated on the WBS website, is approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes. We structure our tours to allow guests at least this amount of time to explore the studio at their own pace and make the most of their visit. As our tours operate in scheduled timeslots, and the 8:30am departure was the earliest available on that day, we regret that there were no alternative buses available for guests who chose to conclude their visit earlier. We are only able to guarantee seats on the return transport assigned to each guest’s original timeslot. With kind regards.

We had an amazing time as Harry Potter fans! The tour bus ride from London was comfortable and then experience itself was magical. We found ourselves a bit teary eyed several times. Walking into Gringotts took my breath away!

Absolutely loved this experience! Great service and so much to look at and loved the facts and photo opportunities.
There are many interesting things to see on this tour. We ate at the cafe about halfway through the tour and by the time we got to the 2nd half of the tour, we were very rushed ! Don’t spend too much time eating.
Viator isn't linked with transport partners directly. If transport changes their plans Viator doesn't know it and you won't either. Viator send messages (email and text) reminding us our trip to Warner Bros Studios Harry Potter Tour was on schedule. Unknown to me, the bus transport changed the time of pickup. This notification was sent by email and it went to spam. No follow up. We had to call Viator customer support, and the employee at first insisted it was our fault for not reading the email notification which at that time I didn't know had been sent. Viator sent Uber. We got to the ticket booth to discover no tickets were waiting for us. A Warner's employee walked us in when we produced email proof. We had to find our way back to London. These problems caused a lot of anxiety. We paid Viator for a seamless travel experience and they let us down.

It is standard procedure for guests who do not travel on the coach to have their tickets placed aside in an envelope labelled with their name. We sincerely apologise for the confusion you experienced at the studio, as this should have been prepared in advance. Bus was prompt, friendly, and the driver drove smoothly through heavy traffic. Of course, the Warner Bros Harry Potter tour was absolutely amazing. Far more content than 4 hours allows, but the legs only last 4 hrs anyway, so the tour length is good. The food was fair (for a tourist location)
Only issue was our initial time did get moved up 1hr earlier a few weeks before the trip. But the bus pickup was easy to find, the driver was nice and on time. The amount of time in the Harry Potter studio was perfect, and the Harry Potter studio itself was awesome. Good tour to make getting to and from the studio easy!
