- ツアーに参加した他の参加者に応じて、すべてのピックアップ時間に15分の差があります。お客様は、ホテルの受付エリア（またはWild Nordicから通知された他のエリア）でのピックアップを待つことになります。

- スノーモービルの運転者は18歳以上で、有効なB（自動車）運転免許証を所持している必要があります。
- 運転免許証はEU諸国で有効でなければならない。 スノーモービル走行に参加するための有効な運転免許証を持参してください。 運転免許証は、物理的に存在し、ローマ字で書かれている必要があります。 電子版は不可。
- スノーモービルに損害を与えた場合は、スノーモービルの運転手が賠償責任を負うものとします。 この自賠責額は、ドライバー/スノーモービル/事故1件につき900ユーロの定額料金です。例外なく、また損害範囲も考慮されます。 お客様がワイルドノルディックから20ユーロの保険を購入した場合（ワイルドノルディックのアドバイスに従って変更される場合があります ） 、 お客様の責任限度額は1人あたり200ユーロに減額されます。
- スノーモービルとハスキーサファリは、路面が不均一なため振動が発生し、スノーモービルの排気ガスが存在するため、妊婦には適していません。
- 個人の旅行保険（参加するアクティビティの保険を含む）を購入することを強くお勧めします。
- お客様が、活動に参加する能力に影響を与える可能性がある、または妊娠している病気または障害（心臓病、喘息、糖尿病、てんかん、腰または股関節の問題など）に苦しんでいる場合、事前に活動に参加することは、活動に参加する彼/彼女の適性に関して医療専門家に相談してください。お客様は、かかる病気、障害、または妊娠に苦しむ場合、自己の責任において本サービスで提供される活動に参加することを認めるものとします。
- お客様が何らかの病気またはアルコールや薬物消費の影響から回復しているか、最近大きな病気または手術を受けた場合、Wild Nordicは安全上の懸念に基づいてお客様の参加を拒否する権利を留保します。
- Wild Nordicは、活動に参加している間に公共エリアに残された顧客の貴重品に対して責任を負わないものとします。

It was not what I expected, the area is next to the city of Santa Claus, the tracks were practically very curly ice of so much passing and I hired to be returned to the city and seeing the place where they were I tried to change it to the airport and they said no, even being the shortest distance. They also offer you a 20€ insurance in case something happens to the bike that for the tour they do it is very difficult to happen to you. I won't hire anything with them again and I don't recommend it, I didn't expect it to be, I found it of low quality
This experience for beginners had just the right amount of excitement for everyone. They provide all the equipment and clothing, go through a short briefing on how to use the machines and then you are off. One rider drives and then you switch off about 25 minutes into the trek. At the break, you have an opportunity to take pictures, etc. The course is easy and challenging all at the same time. You have a lead driver from the office and all stay in line and follow along. I anticipated it being a very slow traverse, but it was not that slow and you could reach some speeds but not over do it. You have the option to buy additional insurance for E20 to cover any any damage to the machines but we didn't. IF you have never done this, give it a try and realize you are in for an upper body workout. It is not like anything you have done before. Go and enjoy....
Very nice ride with Maruso. First time on a Snowmobile and it was awsome.
Our guide was Aurélie and we had a wonderful time. She was excelent and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The nature was absolutely beautiful, and the snowmobile tour was amazing. Everything felt magical.
Had such a good time! Incredible guide, was so helpful and patient, even gave us extra equipment to keep us warm, 100% would do again!!!
Fun experience: You cross Finnish nature in 1h. Snowmobile riding is challenging but fun. George, our guide, was very attentive, thorough and kind. In addition to the helmet they offer a warm balaclava to wear during the route. Recommended!
Its not worth doing at night and too expensive for the time frame. The only highlight was our tour guide Andrian was absolutely amazing

Daylight is in short supply in Rovaniemi during the entire month of December and there's nothing that we can do about this, except perhaps recommend that you return during the spring (between February and March) during which the amount of daylight is much greater, if this is important to you. We're sad to hear that you felt that the experience was too expensive for the duration of the tour, as we feel that the program is appropriate and reasonable and delivers an excellent price/quality ratio. Great experience for me and my family. Time and distance for the ride was just the right amount for a beginner like me. Guides were helpful and winter equipment was provided. Can probably do without the insurance for beginners as you will rarely be driving that fast...

It was a great tour with Matt. He was very helpful und friendly. We didn't need the snow jackets or extra boots, but we could lend them for free. We really enjoyed the snowmobile tour.
